ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. The Growth & Engagement team owns the experiences that turn a single-player tool into a multiplayer habit: the loops that bring people back, help them find their work, and pull their colleagues into a mural. Mural's self-serve growth runs through these experiences, and engagement and retention are central to how the business grows. YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement, you will own the end-to-end self-serve experience, from a user's first touch through activation, return usage, and conversion to paid. You will treat the full funnel as one system: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, sharing, and monetization. You will run a high-tempo experimentation practice, partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and make the calls that turn occasional users into teams that rely on Mural every week. This is a role for someone who wants to own real growth outcomes, not just ship features. You will own the surfaces that decide whether Mural's self-serve engine grows. Engagement and retention here move the business directly, and you will own the full loop across growth and engagement rather than a narrow slice of it. You’ll have a rare end-to-end view of the funnel, from acquisition through in-product engagement. You will work alongside thoughtful product, design, and engineering partners who care about craft and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve growth and engagement experience, from first touch through activation and return usage Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experience Drive activation and retention by improving the moments that bring people back: home and dashboard, notifications, search, rooms and folders, comments, and more Partner closely with Marketing to connect acquisition and re-engagement with in-product activation across

As a Software Engineer on the Future of Computing Research team, you will work together with both the best ML researchers in the world and the greatest design talent of our generation to push the frontier of model capabilities. About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team to build tools and services that enable AI research, evaluation, and data generation workflows. The best work in this role will start with an ambiguous design question and turn it into working research systems. You will work closely with researchers, designers, and engineers to build the evaluation systems, synthetic data generation pipelines, review tools, and supporting platform services. The goal is to make these workflows easier to create, run, and trust without requiring bespoke engineering support for each new design concept. You will help ensure that research artifacts have a clear lifecycle, runs are reproducible and observable, and results provide useful evidence for product and model-training decisions while the underlying systems remain reliable and reusable. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Build web applications, APIs, data models, and backend services for AI research workflows. Build tools to author and manage evaluation tasks, rubrics, graders, suites, and rollout configurations, including workflows for publishing, versioning, auditing, and sharing research artifacts. Automate evaluation runs and generate useful reports for design, research, and engineering teams. Support synthetic data generation workflows for multimodal and conversational research, including tools that comb

At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. About the role We're hiring someone to build the playbook for how we drive practitioner adoption of new capabilities, and bring new practitioners into the platform. You'll pick a segment (data engineers, ML engineers, analytics engineers), pair it with a use case, and figure out what it takes to get practitioners from awareness to activation. That means developing real knowledge of your audience: what they care about, where they spend time, what resonates, and what falls flat. Then working cross functionally to assemble the right assets, sequence them into an exciting journey that leads to adoption, and getting your campaign in front of the right people across owned, paid, in-product, and partner channels. What you're building is a closed loop. Each campaign is instrumented so you can see what actually worked. Did practitioners activate? Did usage stick? How quickly did they find value? Each round of learning makes the next one sharper. The insights you generate don't stay with you; they feed back to marketing, product and account teams to drive broader adoption across organizations. If you want to own the full arc from choosing the audience to designing the playbook to shipping the campaign to building the feedback loops that make it all compound over time, this is that ro
Here's a summary of the role: Identity infrastructure is not glamourware . It doesn't get standing ovations at company all-hands. But it is the thing every product in the portfolio depends on, and when it breaks, everyone knows. If you're the kind of PM who finds that genuinely interesting, read on. This role is for someone who has lived inside SAML flows, argued over PKCE token lifetimes, and knows exactly why SSO bypass lists are a necessary compromise. You'll own the authentication platform that thousands of enterprise customers trust, and you'll shape it alongside engineers who go deep. No surface-level roadmap ownership here. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Own the product strategy and roadmap for core authentication flows: SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, MFA enforcement, token lifecycle management, and multi-IdP federation. Make product decisions that sit at the intersection of system design, security architecture, and developer experience, working directly with senior engineers on protocol choices and infrastructure trade-offs. Drive adoption of platform identity capabilities across internal engineering teams through influence, moving products toward modern API patterns and away from legacy integration surfaces. Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to prototype ideas and validate concepts before you pitch them; this is expected, not optional. Track the IAM standards landscape, including passkeys, FIDO2, SCIM, zero-trust, and verifiable credentials, and use that knowledge to sharpen product direction. Translate complex authentication concepts (JWT structures, SAML assertions, PKCE handshakes) into clear specs, user stories, and prioritized backlogs for audiences from engineers to executives. These are the essentials you'll ne
