About The Role & Team Amplitude is the leading AI analytics platform, and our ability to deliver measurable customer outcomes quickly is a key part of how we keep that lead. The Customer FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) team sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success — owning the technical delivery that takes validated products from co-development and implements them across enterprise customers. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, from sales engagement through post-deployment validation. You'll work directly in Amplitude's product codebase, submitting PRs, shipping customer-specific solutions, and building reusable patterns that make every successive engagement faster. This is not a traditional support or solutions role. Customer FDEs are engineers first who partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn customer needs into working software. The right person thrives in ambiguity, learns new domains quickly, and cares as much about the customer's outcome as about technical elegance. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will: Own enterprise implementations end-to-end — engage during sales to map customer needs to capabilities, scope implementation plans, and deliver through post-deployment validation with measurable customer outcomes Work directly in the product codebase — submit PRs, test, and ship customer-specific solutions without requiring constant oversight; over time, the gap between "what we built" and "what the customer needs" keeps shrinking because you're the one closing it Ship early, ship often, and gather feedback — treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to validate your approach and course-correct quickly Build reusable patterns and playbooks — when you solve something once, make sure the next person doesn't have to solve it again; identify and document implementation patterns that

Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators. At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. As a Senior Engineering Manager, Communications, you'll lead the team responsible for in-game text chat — one of the most-used surfaces on Roblox and a cornerstone of how our community connects. Every day this system carries billions of messages across hundreds of millions of users, in real time, across 2D and 3D spaces, on every device we support. You'll own the roadmap and the engineering org behind it: building rich, immersive, and engaging communication experiences that let people and creators express themselves safely and seamlessly — better than in real life. This is a role for a leader who thinks like a product builder as much as an engineer. You'll balance the demands of massive scale and rock-solid reliability with a relentless focus on the user experience, shipping features that make conversation on Roblox feel effortless, expressive, and safe. You'll grow and develop a team of engineers, set technical direction, and partner deeply across product, design, trust & safety, and infrastructure to define what communication on Roblox becomes next. You Will Lead, grow, and develop a team of software engineers building the in-game text chat platform, setting a high bar for engineering
We are investing in agentic AI and need a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of these systems. This is a foundational hire: you will own both the agent-facing workstreams — pipelines, orchestration, conversational interfaces — and the underlying context layer that makes them reliable, including memory management, knowledge graph integration, and retrieval infrastructure. You will work closely with data engineers, project leads, and client stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping how Lynx builds and ships AI solutions at scale. What This Involves: Lead the architecture and delivery of agentic AI systems end-to-end: agents, orchestration, tool use, and multi-step reasoning workflows. Own the context layer: design and implement memory architectures (episodic, semantic, working memory) and integrate GraphRAG and knowledge graph retrieval into agentic pipelines. Build robust RAG systems — including vector retrieval, graph traversal, and hybrid search — and ensure retrieval quality through evaluation frameworks. Translate client requirements into technical designs, presenting approaches and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Define standards and reusable patterns for agentic AI development that other engineers at Lynx can build on. Set up observability, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines to ensure AI systems perform correctly in production. Requirements: 5–8 years of software or ML engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years building LLM-based or agentic AI systems in production. Deep hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Strong understanding of agent design patterns: ReAct, planning loops, tool use, multi-agent coordination, and memory architectures. Practical experience with GraphRAG or knowledge graph-based retrieval (e.g., Neo4j, Microsoft GraphRAG) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.). Proficiency in
