Senior Product Manager, Cluster Scalability Location: Dublin About the Role MongoDB is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own scalability for the Atlas data platform. Atlas is how the world’s most demanding applications run on MongoDB — from real-time gaming and financial transactions to AI workloads with unpredictable traffic patterns. When those applications grow, slow down, spike, or contract, scalability is the layer that decides whether the customer trusts us to keep running their business. This role owns the end-to-end product experience for how customers scale up, scale down, and horizontally scale their Atlas deployments. That includes vertical scaling (instance tier changes), autoscaling, horizontal scaling (sharding and shard key strategy), and the operational workflows around all of them. You will set the strategy, drive execution with engineering, and be accountable for measurable year-over-year improvements in how reliably and predictably customers scale. We care less about whether you’ve worked on databases before and more about whether you’re the kind of PM who can ramp fast on a hard technical domain, form a clear opinion about what needs to happen, and defend that opinion to senior engineers, field partners, and enterprise CTOs, especially when they disagree with you. Database and scaling concepts are teachable. Judgment, conviction, and crispness are not. Responsibilities Set a clear, opinionated vision and strategy for Atlas cluster scalability and translate it into concrete, prioritized bets each release. Own the end-to-end roadmap for vertical scaling, autoscaling, and horizontal scaling, including the operational and observability surfaces customers rely on during scaling events. Make hard prioritization calls, including saying no to things with real customer or leadership support, and own those decisions and their consequences. Build deep technical understandin

About the Role Together AI is building the AI Native Cloud, an end-to-end platform for the full generative AI lifecycle, combining the fastest LLM inference engine with state-of-the-art GPU cloud infrastructure. The Together Cloud team builds the [Together GPU Clusters](https://www.together.ai/gpu-clusters) flagship IaaS product that provides high-performance, AI-ready GPU clusters through a self-serve cloud console, along with the virtualized infrastructure layer powering Together's inference, RL, and fine-tuning products. As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on AI Compute in the Together Cloud org, you will build and own major components of the next generation AI cloud platform – a highly available, global cloud infrastructure with cutting-edge virtualization of the latest ML hardware: GB300s/VRs, BlueField DPUs, InfiniBand and dual/quad-plane RoCEv2 fabrics. That virtualized computing platform powers our own SaaS products – inference, RL, and fine-tuning – and serves external cloud customers through self-serve offerings such as on-demand/reserved Kubernetes/Slurm clusters, across dozens of data centers and hundreds of thousands of GPUs. The hard problems in rapidly scaling heterogeneous GPU fleets are software problems: fully automated bootstrapping of GPU data centers, high-performance virtualization of GPU compute and DC networking without compromising isolation or portability, and fault-tolerant decentralized control planes. We solve them by building global and in-DC services, Kubernetes operators, and high-performance SDN libraries, forking hypervisors and Linux kernels, and building infra tailored to inference and fine-tuning. You'll own massive greenfield projects across their full lifecycle – scoping the problem and writing PRDs with our PMs, designing the system, and building it through to GA launch. Why RoboForce RoboForce is an AI robotics company developing Physical AI–powered Robo-Labor for dull, dirty, and dangerous work. The company’s robots are engineered for demanding industrial environments, with a focus on real-world deployment and scalability. We are seeking a Senior / Staff Robotics Engineer, Motion Planning to own the local mobility and safety stack for our fleet. In this role, you will bridge the gap between AI-driven perception and physical hardware execution. You will consume traversability and semantic costmaps generated by our AI team and translate them into safe, dynamically feasible, and deterministic motion. You are solving the physics of mobility on unpredictable terrain, ensuring our humanoid platform respects its physical limits, shifting center of mass, and traction constraints. Responsibilities Dynamic Motion Planning: Architect and implement advanced local planners (e.g., optimization-based approaches like MPC, MPPI, or custom contouring control) that translate AI-generated routes into trajectories that a heavy, non-holonomic base can physically execute on uneven terrain. AI Integration & Costmap Consumption: Build the high-performance C++ pipelines that ingest the AI team's neural network outputs (semantic maps, learned costmaps) in real-time and convert them into deterministic mathematical constraints for the planner. Center of Mass (CoM) Aware Navigation: Ensure local planners dynamically adjust to real-time changes in the robot's Center of Mass caused by the lifting column and dual-arm payloads. Your trajectories must guarantee stability and prevent tipping on slopes or rough ground. Deterministic Safety Architectures: AI models hallucinate. You will build the deterministic C++ safety layer and fallback behaviors that override AI inputs if a commanded path violates physical safety constraints or if off-the-shelf SLAM tracking drops.
