At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Senior Software Engineer — Cortex Training The Snowflake ML Platform team's mission is to let customers run their most demanding ML/AI workloads inside Snowflake. Cortex Training is our LLM post-training platform: it turns scarce, expensive GPU capacity into a simple, composable service, so customers can adapt open-weight foundation models to their own business problems while we handle the hard distributed-systems parts, including scheduling, orchestration, multi-node training and inference, fault tolerance, and throughput. The platform already runs post-training at scale. Under the hood, it decouples GPU computation from the training loop and exposes it as primitive APIs that compose into everything from SFT to full RL workflows. You'll work alongside a team that ships fast & sweats reliability and the researchers behind DeepSpeed. We're looking for an engineer who thrives in the ML infrastructure layer and brings a solid understanding of LLMs and post-training to help us scale and grow it. YOU WILL: Design and build across the full stack — from the public training APIs and SDK through the control plane to the GPU data plane. Scale the distributed systems that make GPU compute serverless — multi-tenant scheduling, placement, and capacity-aware routing across regional G

This context sets us up for an opportunity to be the world leaders in agentic investigations and incident troubleshooting. You’ll act as a technical leader within the APM group, focused on agentic workflows. You’ll lead efforts to design, train, evaluate, and deploy GenAI/ML models at scale. We’re looking for a product-minded ML engineer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a track record of driving impactful initiatives end to end. About the Team Agentic Foundations, part of New Verticals ML, builds the core AI/ML intelligence that powers high-quality, scalable agents at DoorDash, and proves it through flagship agent experiences such as the Ask grocery assistant. We operate as a closed loop: new models, evals, and representations make our agents better, and real-world agent usage surfaces the gaps that drive our next foundations work. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join Agentic Foundations with a primary focus on Vertical Agent Development. You will own the continuous improvement of our flagship agents, starting with the Ask Assistant, using an eval-driven loop to make them faster, more cost-efficient, and more reliable for millions of customers. You will also help us bring this approach to new agentic experiences for Merchants and Dashers, turning promising ideas into production-ready agents. This is a chance to work at the intersection of LLMs, agents, post-training, and evals on problems that ship. You will partner closely with engineers working on agentic memory, agent-compatible product representations, and post-training of small language models (SLMs), so that what we learn from production agents feeds directly back into our foundations, and what we build there makes our agents better. You will report into the engineering lead on our New Verticals AI/ML team. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Raise the quality of our Consumer agents: build and refine our eval harness-optimization loop to pinpoint failure modes, then iterate on prompts, tools, skills, and context, and measure the impact on real customer tasks. Find the best balance of quality, latency, and cost: run rigorous experiments, including fine-tuning open-weights models and deploying small language models (SLMs) where they can replace or augment larger LLMs. Launch new agents: take ag
We are developing advanced multi-rack, multi-tenant AI/ML datacenters with NVIDIA GB200, and upcoming GB300 GPUs. NVIDIA seeks a Senior Software Engineer for our CSP (Cloud Service Provider) Engagements team to focus on the cloud-native stack for datacenter products like GB200. In this role, You will define customer workflows, prototype stack enhancements, and debug the toughest Kubernetes + Slurm issues in multi-rack, multi-tenant AI datacenters. You'll tackle complex scheduling challenges across racks, tenants, and clouds as part of the CSP engagements team. What you’ll be doing: Perform deep-dive debugging of multi-rack, multi-tenant clusters: scheduler behavior, container runtime issues, device-plugin crashes, RDMA/IB fabric anomalies, etc. Gather customer requirements and prototype feature extensions for Kubernetes operators, Slurm plugins, and custom micro-services that expose new GPU capabilities. Drive joint architecture reviews and “whiteboard” sessions with CSP and internal platform teams; convert findings into RFCs and upstream pull requests. Create reproducible testbeds (Helm/Ansible/Terraform) that mirror customer environments; automate validation and benchmark suites. Deliver technical collateral-design docs, how-to guides, demo scripts-and present at customer on-sites, KubeCon, and SlurmUG. Collaborate with AE, FAE, and Solution Architect teams to deliver integrated customer solutions and technical documentation. What we need to see: Strong source-level expertise in Kubernetes internals (scheduler, CRI/CNI/CSI, operators) and Slurm (federation, power-save, plugins). Hands-on experience integrating next-gen GPUs (Blackwell/GB200/GB300) or comparable accelerators into containerized clusters. Proven track record debugging large-scale, cloud-native stacks across ne

Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: Everyone at Airbnb thinks about trust, but our team obsesses over it daily. At the core of trust is safety, and thus we spend a significant amount of our time and energy keeping the community safe. The Trust team is responsible for developing the technology that helps protect our community and platform from fraud while also ensuring our hosts, guests, homes, and experiences meet our high standards. We constantly work to fight against online fraud (such as monetary loss, compromised accounts, spam and scam in messages, fake inventory, etc.) as well as offline fraud (theft, property damage, personal safety, etc.). We also work on onboarding and screening of users, and think about complex topics like identity and reputation to ensure that every interaction with Airbnb helps build trust in us and our community. You'll work side-by-side with talented product managers, data scientists, software engineers, fraud intelligence, and operations teams. Together, you'll design and build ML solutions that have direct, meaningful impact on user trust, business success, and the global Airbnb community. The Difference You Will Make: As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Trust team, you will actively contribute code and ideas that shape the ML systems protecting millions of Airbnb users. You'll own and deliver ML projects end-to-end — from designing and training models to productionizing and operating them at scale, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
