About BlockTech BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm. Specializing in crypto options, we facilitate global cryptocurrency derivatives and spot trading, while expanding into new markets. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take technical ownership of the data infrastructure our trading and technology teams are built on. Every decision at BlockTech starts with data: exchange feeds, our own trade and account events, and the history we query to make sense of both. The Foundation team owns the systems that move, aggregate, and store all of it. We run our own Kafka, NATS, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Iceberg, self-hosted and tuned by us. We work primarily in Rust, with Python and SQL alongside. This is a role for an engineer who has already built and operated data infrastructure at scale, and who wants their technical decisions to set direction rather than follow it. What will you do? You will own the pipelines and stores every other team depends on. When a researcher backtests a strategy, when a trader checks a position, when risk queries yesterday, they are all reading data your systems ingested, routed, and kept correct. As a senior engineer, you will also set the technical standards the rest of the team builds against. You will: Own the ingest path. Collect public and private exchange information and internal trading data with minimal latency impact, and land it in our trading systems in real time. Architect the streaming layer. Design and operate our Kafka and NATS messaging systems for the throughput and delivery guarantees our critical flows depend on. Build the storage layer. Develop real-time aggregation and long-term storage across PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Iceberg, and make the structural calls that keep queries fast as volumes grow. Run what you build. Own capacity, retention, schema evolution, and failure behavior for infrastructure we host ourselves, with no managed service to hide behind. Make the

About BlockTech BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm facilitating global cryptocurrency derivatives and spot trading while expanding into new markets. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take technical ownership of our Core systems and help shape how they evolve through our scale-up phase. This is a role for an engineer who has already built and operated correctness-critical systems at scale and who wants their technical decisions to set direction, not just follow it. What will you do? You will own the systems that keep our trading operation accurate at every level — positions, PnL, instruments, hedging, and the data flowing between them. Across exchanges and asset classes, your work determines whether the numbers our traders and risk team rely on are correct. As a senior engineer, you will also set the technical standards the rest of the team builds against. You will: Own the books. Maintain and evolve our position, trade, and PnL systems so they remain accurate across every venue. Architect the platform that supports trading. Design services that handle real-time exchange flow with the throughput and reliability our quoting and hedging depend on, making the structural calls that keep them fast and correct under load. Own the data flows. Operate and harden the public and private pipelines bringing market prices, account state, and trade events into our systems in real time. Lead venue integrations end-to-end. Deliver exchange and prime-broker integrations across protocol, account model, settlement, reconciliation, and surveillance and define the patterns we reuse for the next one. Model the instrument universe. Own the systems describing every tradable instrument - lifecycle, expiry, margin, RFQs, fast-path quoting - where both correctness and latency matter. Build self-healing systems. Design the detection and repair flows that identify position discrepancies and correct them automatically. Own hedging inf

We trade 24/7 across some of the fastest-moving, most data-rich venues in finance. About the Role Together AI is building the AI Native Cloud, an end-to-end platform for the full generative AI lifecycle, combining the fastest LLM inference engine with state-of-the-art GPU cloud infrastructure. The Together Cloud team builds the [Together GPU Clusters](https://www.together.ai/gpu-clusters) flagship IaaS product that provides high-performance, AI-ready GPU clusters through a self-serve cloud console, along with the virtualized infrastructure layer powering Together's inference, RL, and fine-tuning products. As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on AI Compute in the Together Cloud org, you will build and own major components of the next generation AI cloud platform – a highly available, global cloud infrastructure with cutting-edge virtualization of the latest ML hardware: GB300s/VRs, BlueField DPUs, InfiniBand and dual/quad-plane RoCEv2 fabrics. That virtualized computing platform powers our own SaaS products – inference, RL, and fine-tuning – and serves external cloud customers through self-serve offerings such as on-demand/reserved Kubernetes/Slurm clusters, across dozens of data centers and hundreds of thousands of GPUs. The hard problems in rapidly scaling heterogeneous GPU fleets are software problems: fully automated bootstrapping of GPU data centers, high-performance virtualization of GPU compute and DC networking without compromising isolation or portability, and fault-tolerant decentralized control planes. We solve them by building global and in-DC services, Kubernetes operators, and high-performance SDN libraries, forking hypervisors and Linux kernels, and building infra tailored to inference and fine-tuning. You'll own massive greenfield projects across their full lifecycle – scoping the problem and writing PRDs with our PMs, designing the system, and building it through to GA launch. Responsibilities Build the GPU and network virtualization stack: the hypervisor, kernel, and SDN work that makes GPU compute and DC networking high-perform
