What is PerfectServe? PerfectServe is a leading provider of clinical communication and physician scheduling solutions in the health IT space. The company was founded in 1997 and has grown steadily since then, with a notable jump after several major acquisitions were announced in 2019. PerfectServe now has 400+ employees, 30,000+ customers — spanning medical practices, hospitals, and health systems — and $100 million+ in annual revenue. PerfectServe’s mission is to accelerate speed to care by optimizing provider schedules and routing communications — including messages, pages, calls, and alerts — to the right place at the right time in any care setting. By facilitating real-time information sharing, building better schedules, and automating important clinical workflows, we believe we can help our customers advance patient care and improve the well-being of their clinicians. Leading analyst firms like Gartner® and KLAS Research have consistently validated our approach: In 2026, PerfectServe was named highest in execution and furthest in vision in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Clinical Communication and Collaboration — the clear segment leader. PerfectServe also received two Best in KLAS awards in 2026 — one for physician scheduling and another for ambulatory clinical communications. That makes for 11 Best in KLAS awards over the past 9 years. At PerfectServe, you'll have a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team with decades of experience that finds new ways to delight our customers every day. This involves consistent efforts to stay on the cutting edge of product development, which includes everything from implementing AI in new and existing solutions to brainstorming with customers about novel workflows. But you don't have to be in product to make in impact — everybody at PerfectServe contributes to important work that moves the business forward. If you're looking for a well-established, tech-forward company full of smart people doing meaningful work
The Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining a self-service internal development platform that enables MongoDB engineering teams to reliably deploy and operate their own production services and products. We work with numerous engineering teams across the company to understand their infrastructure requirements and development workflows, develop broadly applicable self-service platform services and tooling, continuously monitor how platform services are being utilized, and look for ways to improve developer productivity through automation and education. We are big open source enthusiasts and use a number of open source tools in our stack (contributing upstream whenever possible). Some of the tools we use regularly include Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform, Helm, Drone, Prometheus, and Grafana. However, technology is nothing without a stellar team of engineers that are focused on doing high quality work and working as a team to solve complex distributed computing and platform engineering problems. This is where you come in! We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. Our ideal candidate Has built and operated large-scale distributed systems in cloud providers (AWS strongly preferred) Has a strong backend programming background. Fluency in Go is strongly preferred; deep experience with another compiled or strongly-typed backend language is acceptable Has experience working with AI coding agents and can demonstrate building high quality context to yield high quality outputs Has experience designing and implementing medium-to-large software projects, including driving design reviews and mentoring less-senior engineers Pragmatic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and understands the benefits of collaboration Strong experience operating production Kubernetes clusters, not just deployed to it Has practical experience defining and operating against SLI/SLOs for services they owned Str

We're looking for a Senior Platform Reliability Engineer who brings strong software engineering skills and a deep understanding of system behavior under load and stress. This role is a good fit for someone who wants to own reliability as a first-class concern – building the foundational systems that protect Asana's platform, not just responding when things go wrong. You'll build core platform systems like load shedding, rate limiting, circuit breakers, and traffic controls that protect Asana under real-world load. This is deep, cross-cutting work that shapes stability and performance of our entire infrastructure – and you'll partner closely with other platform teams to make reliability something that's built in, not bolted on. Our tech stack includes: AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), CloudFront, Istio, Cilium, MySQL (RDS), OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Redis, Terraform, Datadog, TypeScript, Scala, Go, and Python. (Yeah, we know this sounds like buzzword bingo – but we want this post to actually show up in your searches.) Why this role? Reliability as a first-class feature : You won't be patching things up after the fact. You'll build the systems that make Asana resilient by design. Foundational work : Load shedding, traffic management, ingress/egress – these are the building blocks that protect everything else. You'll own them. Strong collaboration, reasonable hours : You'll work closely with infrastructure teams in Warsaw and Reykjavik, making deep collaboration practical without constant timezone gymnastics. Room to grow : This is a new team, and you'll help shape what Platform Reliability Engineering looks like at Asana – whether that means leading projects, mentoring others, or defining our technical direction. In this role, success means shipping systems that other teams rely on by default – because they make the platform safer, not because they're mandatory. We're especially interested in people who think like backend engineers but obsess over failure modes, capacity plan
