Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Contract Management: Maintain and update the agreement tracker to monitor contract lifecycles, renewal dates, and key obligations. Ensure timely closure, execution, renewal, and archival of agreements. Regulatory Compliance (Outsourcing): Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations concerning outsourcing of critical activities.
