About BlockTech BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm facilitating global cryptocurrency derivatives and spot trading while expanding into new markets. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take technical ownership of our Core systems and help shape how they evolve through our scale-up phase. This is a role for an engineer who has already built and operated correctness-critical systems at scale and who wants their technical decisions to set direction, not just follow it. What will you do? You will own the systems that keep our trading operation accurate at every level — positions, PnL, instruments, hedging, and the data flowing between them. Across exchanges and asset classes, your work determines whether the numbers our traders and risk team rely on are correct. As a senior engineer, you will also set the technical standards the rest of the team builds against. You will: Own the books. Maintain and evolve our position, trade, and PnL systems so they remain accurate across every venue. Architect the platform that supports trading. Design services that handle real-time exchange flow with the throughput and reliability our quoting and hedging depend on, making the structural calls that keep them fast and correct under load. Own the data flows. Operate and harden the public and private pipelines bringing market prices, account state, and trade events into our systems in real time. Lead venue integrations end-to-end. Deliver exchange and prime-broker integrations across protocol, account model, settlement, reconciliation, and surveillance and define the patterns we reuse for the next one. Model the instrument universe. Own the systems describing every tradable instrument - lifecycle, expiry, margin, RFQs, fast-path quoting - where both correctness and latency matter. Build self-healing systems. Design the detection and repair flows that identify position discrepancies and correct them automatically. Own hedging inf

Altana is the network for trusted trade. Our AI-powered product network empowers governments and businesses to build a more resilient and secure global economy while keeping trade flowing. The Opportunity at Altana About the Team Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) sit at the center of global trade. Freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs touch millions of shipments and connect shippers, suppliers, and governments. The LSP Platform team builds the products that let these companies run on Altana's network, so they can screen and clear shipments faster, protect their customers from risk and delays, and offer new trade intelligence services to the shippers they serve. About the Role As an Agent Product Manager, you'll be working closely with our strategic LSP customers in-country, working from their offices, alongside their brokers, compliance analysts, operations leads, and IT teams. You are the product owner for Altana within the account: you understand how their business actually runs, decide what Altana should do for them, and make sure it gets deployed, adopted, and expanded. You'll partner closely with our Technical Account Managers to set the strategic direction and roadmap for each account. Together, you'll define where Altana fits in the customer's operations today, where it should go over the next 12 to 24 months, and what it takes to get there. You own the product vision for the account and the outcomes it produces. You Will Work onsite with customers. Spend significant time at customer sites, learning their business models, operations, and customer relationships across forwarding, brokerage, and carriage, including the workarounds nobody writes down. Set success metrics tied to customer impact, such as fewer holds and detentions, faster clearance, lower compliance co
About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer to build the systems that treat infrastructure as software. This role owns the software state machines that provision hardware, bring it into service, and manage its full lifecycle — turning racks of GPUs into running inference clusters without a human touching a runbook. The Research and Inference team is your customer: today they file tickets and wait; the target state is that they issue a single API call to stand up, scale, or tear down a cluster, and the system takes care of the rest. The platform is manifest-driven such that teams declare the desired state of a cluster or host — shape, topology, software stack — and the system is responsible for reconciling reality to that manifest, continuously, through every stage of its lifecycle. You will design the engines that manifest the schema, the engines that execute against it, and the workflows that carry a piece of hardware or a cluster from one state to the next—taking it from bare metal to a fully functioning AI cluster for training or inference. You'll write production code which is typed, tested, versioned, and deployed through CI/CD that models infrastructure state and reconciles it, the same way a Kubernetes controller reconciles a cluster's desired state. Success looks like eliminating manual provisioning work, not documenting it better. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine: design and implement the software that models the full lifecycle of a physical host from discovery, inference bring-up to GPU driver/CUDA stack, health validation, and decommission/RMA — as explicit, versioned states and transitions. Build the self-service API: design declarative
About BlockTech BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm. Specializing in crypto options, we facilitate global cryptocurrency derivatives and spot trading, while expanding into new markets. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take technical ownership of the data infrastructure our trading and technology teams are built on. Every decision at BlockTech starts with data: exchange feeds, our own trade and account events, and the history we query to make sense of both. The Foundation team owns the systems that move, aggregate, and store all of it. We run our own Kafka, NATS, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Iceberg, self-hosted and tuned by us. We work primarily in Rust, with Python and SQL alongside. This is a role for an engineer who has already built and operated data infrastructure at scale, and who wants their technical decisions to set direction rather than follow it. What will you do? You will own the pipelines and stores every other team depends on. When a researcher backtests a strategy, when a trader checks a position, when risk queries yesterday, they are all reading data your systems ingested, routed, and kept correct. As a senior engineer, you will also set the technical standards the rest of the team builds against. You will: Own the ingest path. Collect public and private exchange information and internal trading data with minimal latency impact, and land it in our trading systems in real time. Architect the streaming layer. Design and operate our Kafka and NATS messaging systems for the throughput and delivery guarantees our critical flows depend on. Build the storage layer. Develop real-time aggregation and long-term storage across PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Iceberg, and make the structural calls that keep queries fast as volumes grow. Run what you build. Own capacity, retention, schema evolution, and failure behavior for infrastructure we host ourselves, with no managed service to hide behind. Make the

Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. All security disciplines work under the umbrella of the combined PSI (Platform, Security & Infrastructure) team: we build the paved path and tooling that hundreds of engineers around the world rely on every day to ship. This is not a compliance or certification role. You won't be measured on audit portfolios. You'll be measured on the guardrails you build and whether engineering teams reach for them by default. A misconfigured IAM boundary here doesn't just degrade a dashboard: it can stall a customs filing or strand a container. Flexport also runs a genuinely heterogeneous estate: hundreds of services, carrier and customs integrations, and infrastructure spanning three continents, which makes multi-account architecture and cross-border data handling real problems rather than exam questions. What You'll Do Architecture & guardrails Design and review cloud security architecture for AWS and Kubernetes: account structure, network segmentation, workload identity, and secure-by-default patterns for new services. Fix the Terraform module, not the finding — drive remediation-at-source so misconfigurations get closed at the pattern level, not one ticket at a time.
