About the Team The Finance & Supply Chain Engineering organization includes two complementary teams. Software Engineering builds internal full-stack applications, durable agentic workflows, plugins, MCPs, and measurable AI-enabled engineering practices. Data Engineering builds trusted analytics data assets for Finance and Supply Chain. The teams have distinct charters, with important shared dependencies and broad cross team partnerships across Engineering, Applications, Finance, and Supply Chain. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on senior technical leader who will report alongside the Software Engineering and Data Engineering managers. This is an individual-contributor role with no immediate people-management responsibility. The Tech Lead will raise the technical bar across both teams, participate in important cross-team or high-risk design decisions, and directly own and ship high-impact work. The role should improve team judgment and autonomy rather than act as a floating architect or universal approval gate. In this role, you will: Partner with the Software Engineering and Data Engineering managers as a peer technical leader; managers retain accountability for people, staffing, priorities, performance, and delivery commitments. Directly own the architecture, implementation, launch, and operation of one or more high-impact initiatives, remaining accountable for real outcomes rather than advisory output alone. Guide important design decisions that are cross-team, difficult to reverse, or material to security, financial controls, reliability, data quality, or long-term cost of ownership. Establish pragmatic engineering standards across architecture, APIs and data contracts, testing, security, reliability, observability, lineage, data quality, and operational ownership. Advance engineering standards for building with AI, including agentic workflows, evaluation, telemetry, adoption, and outcome measurement. Work across backend, full-stack, data, and big-d

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. Automation is the key to creating highly reliable and secure large-scale software systems. Are you someone who engineers solutions to problems rather than simply fixing the same thing over and over again? Can you protect Smartsheet against attackers? We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our global Security Operations team. In this critical role, you will be a leader in maturing our security and reliability posture by treating both as software engineering challenges. You will engineer and operate a highly reliable, scalable, and defensible production environment, directly impacting our ability to deliver a world-class service to our customers 24/7. This is a unique opportunity to blend deep expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and modern Security Operations, working at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and security to build a platform that is resilient and secure by design. You Will: Engineer Secure and Resilient Infrastructure: Design, build, maintain, and improve secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure in our multi-cloud environment (primarily AWS) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm. Husky was built from the ground up at Datadog to store and query massive volumes of event data at low cost, with data fully queryable within seconds of arrival. As an Engineering Manager on Husky, you will lead one of a few closely collaborating teams that work directly on Husky’s internals. We own the full lifecycle of events stored by our Event Platform – whether it’s managing the ingestion of over 100 million events per second exactly-once , optimizing the persistence layer with lightning-fast compaction , tweaking our columnar format, timely deletion across hundreds of thousands of customer tables, or building the metadata service that enables hundreds of thousands of queries per second – you will be responsible for the growth and success of a team constantly meeting new scalability requirements driven by Datadog’s growing customer base and suite of products. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Manage a team of software engineers ranging from new grads to senior engineers, focusing on career development, inclusivity, and high impact Be a technical leader of the team; while the role may not involve frequent hands on coding, you’ll be reviewing architecture decisions, RFCs, and pull requests and ensuring what the team ships is high quality Partner with product teams to evaluate use cases, ensure smooth implementation, and prioritize new platform capabilities. About the Role As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Pearl, you'll play a central role in enabling workflow and workforce AI transformation, with a strong emphasis on Agent Hub requirements analysis, platform support, and project coordination. This role blends classic BSA responsibilities with project management and practical AI fluency, supporting both Agent Hub product evolution and broader AI transformation initiatives across the organization. You'll help define and document requirements for complex AI opportunities, translate high-level ideas into actionable work, and coordinate across engineering, prompt engineering, and internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid role designed to support both requirements analysis and execution oversight for high-impact AI operations and transformation projects. You'll be a heavy, daily user of AI tools, not just experimenting on the side, while also contributing directly to the development and improvement of AI tools and features, especially within Agent Hub and related AI transformation initiatives. Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. The AI Studio is the team responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing internal software platforms across every functional department of the company, including People Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Recruiting, and Executive Operations. We treat each internal department as its own product surface, and in truth as its own startup, with its own customers, its own metrics, and its own reasons for existing. We ship custom software, built on Replit’s own platform, to solve operational problems that off-the-shelf SaaS tools cannot serve well at our scale and pace of growth. Position Summary The Member of Technical Staff (AI Builder) is a full-time builder role with substantial autonomy. You will design, architect, and ship AI-powered internal platforms that run the operations of the company across many departments at once. This is not a role for someone who wants a narrow, well-defined lane. It is a role for someone who wants to walk into an ambiguous business problem, understand it well enough to argue about it with the department lead, and then ship the software that fixes it. We are looking for people who genuinely understand the mechanics of a business: how revenue is actually made, why recruiting velocity matters, what makes support scale or break, how finance closes a month, and why each department is critical to whether the company wins or loses. You do not need to have run every function, but you need to respect why each one exists and be able to reason about it like an operator, not just an engineer. Because we treat each department as its own startup, we strongly favor people who have either run their own business or worked on a fast-scaling startup. You know what it feels like
