Role Description We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead the team responsible for Dropbox’s underlying data foundations that power our business as a whole. This is a hands-on engineering leader who owns the pipelines and data products that Product, GTM, Finance, and the CTO organization depend on to make decisions. In this role, you will lead and grow a team of data engineers building and operating our ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and serving layers, as well as the self-serve analytics substrate that lets partner teams answer their own questions without bespoke engineering work. The ideal candidate is a deeply technical, product-minded engineering leader who can hold a high bar on system reliability and data quality while partnering closely with Data Science, Business Intelligence Engineering, Analytics, and Product to turn fragmented, ticket-driven data work into durable, reusable data products. Our Engineering Career Framework is viewable by anyone outside the company and describes what’s expected for our engineers at each of our career levels. Check out our blog post on this topic and more here . Responsibilities Data Quality & Observability: Establish and enforce a rigorous data quality culture: lineage, freshness monitoring, anomaly detection, and outcome-oriented, gaming-resistant quality metrics. Self-Serve Platform: Lead the engineering of the self-serve analytics substrate, reducing bespoke request volume and increasing partner-team autonomy. Cost & Efficiency: Own the unit economics of the data platform — compute and storage efficiency — and drive measurable improvements without sacrificing reliability. Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner deeply with Data Science, BIE, Analytics, Product, Data Platform, and the CTO org to define the semantic layer, modeling standards, and data contracts that make downstream work trustworthy and fast. Engineering Culture: Establish rigorous engineering practices

We partner with leaders from across the company in vehicle development, system design, software engineering, manufacturing, fleet operations, and business functions to develop and deliver major corporate milestones on the path to launch, and beyond. Our program managers contribute to the end to end success of technical, integrated product milestones involving both of our vehicle platforms - the Toyota Highlander test fleet and Zoox’s purpose-built robotaxi. In this role, you will: Own fleet orchestration at Zoox: Lead the cross-functional strategy and execution to massively scale Zoox's fleet and mature our fleet orchestration capabilities as we expand into new cities and states. You'll span both of our fleets — the driverless robotaxi service and the autonomous test fleet — and optimize for the best outcome for the business as a whole. This is a high-leverage, high-impact role that is critical to how Zoox will scale. Level up orchestration of the live service: Drive the roadmap and execution for the cloud systems that orchestrate our robotaxi service — optimally pairing rider trip requests with bots, keeping the fleet charged, and positioning vehicles to meet future rider demand — together with the mobile app experience they power. Partner closely with teams across the company (e.g., Product Software, Product, Data Science, and Fleet Operations) to ship improvements that riders and the business can feel. Orchestrate the

Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. You'll stay close to the build, getting hands-on in development where it counts, but your leverage comes from the thinking that happens before anyone opens a timeline. You’ll be joining a team of ambitious instructional designers who will be your deep collaborators, sounding board and discussion partners. We work hard to avoid silos - collaboration is highly valued and built into out structure. This role is also the face and voice of our learning content . Why p44LSP.ai? At project44, we believe in better — and p44LSP.ai is what better looks like for the logistics service provider market. For years, project44 focused on global shippers as our core customer. That focus worked. Our Shipper business is a category leader growing 20% year-over-year. That strength is what makes the next chapter possible. Shippers and LSPs are fundamentally different businesses. Shippers buy logistics software to support their core operations. Logistics Service Providers — freight forwarders, brokers, and 3PLs — sell logistics as their product. Their software is their competitive edge. They buy fast, build on APIs and agents, and reward teams that ship in weeks, not quarters. This is why we created p44LSP.ai: a dedicated, AI-native division built to serve the LSP market with the focus, speed, and resources it deserves. It's the scope and ownership of an AI startup, backed by the infrastructure of a $124M business — 259K carriers, billions of shipment outcomes, agents in production, and direct access to project44's data graph, carrier network, and enterprise relationships. This is a small, hand-picked team operating across Chicago, San Francisco, Bangalore, and the EU. Flat org. Forward-deployed engineering. AI coding tools across the workflow. Agents as the product surface. Customers who pilot in weeks and tell you what they think directly. The LSP market is moving fast. AI agent startups are growing 300%+ year-over-year, and seven of eight sell to LSPs. We have the data position, the platform, the customers, and now the team. We're hiring the engineers who will build it with us. AI at LSP44 Every LSP44 team member is expected to be an intelligent, hands-on user of AI - and for Product, that bar is even higher: the products you’re defining are AI agents. We don’t expect
