The Role We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base. You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem. What You’ll Do Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Senior Product Manager - Search Datadog’s Search team helps users – both human and agents – find answers to their questions. Search is a critical function in Datadog, and touches many product surfaces: the query editors in product homepages and dashboards, search bars for finding relevant assets, the global cmd+k navigation search, and the MCP tools that our Bits AI agent uses to respond to natural language prompts. Search is a full-stack team: owning user-facing search components, backend search ranking systems, and machine learning models to produce recommendations. The Search team is relatively new, and still growing. We have recently built out agentic search tools, and we are looking for a leader to help us expand to ambitious orchestration systems that deliver accurate results, and proactive recommendations across both keyword and semantic search. Beyond this, you’ll have room to influence how Datadog thinks about Search as a strategic surface. We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning and messaging and to grow adoption of MongoDB Search and Vector Search as foundational components of our platform – the retrieval layer powering the next generation of grounded AI applications and agents. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thinks like a builder. As developers architect increasingly sophisticated systems – RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, multi-modal search experiences – retrieval has moved from an implementation detail to a core design decision. You’ll join a high-performing, globally distributed team and partner closely with Marketing, Builder Relations, Product Management, Engineering, Partners, and Sales to develop, measure, and achieve cross-functional goals. The role requires technical depth in information retrieval — lexical and vector search, hybrid approaches, embeddings, re-ranking, agentic retrieval loops, and the tradeoffs that matter in production systems — paired with the product marketing instincts to turn that depth into crisp, differentiated messaging for distinct user and buyer personas. Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-enabled products is a strong advantage. Individuals with prior experience in technical sales, developer relations, or technical marketing are encouraged to apply. This person is a voracious consumer of AI research and pays close attention to shifting patterns in application architectures and development, including agentic systems. This individual is confident in communicating with technical practitioners and non-technical decision makers in one-to-few and one-to-many engagements for internal and external audiences. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in the US for our hybrid working model. What You’ll Do Drive Strategy & Execution: Act as a strategic partner for high-impact initiatives that align with MongoDB’s long-term business goals in collaboration with Marketing, Developer Relations, Product
The Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining a self-service internal development platform that enables MongoDB engineering teams to reliably deploy and operate their own production services and products. We work with numerous engineering teams across the company to understand their infrastructure requirements and development workflows, develop broadly applicable self-service platform services and tooling, continuously monitor how platform services are being utilized, and look for ways to improve developer productivity through automation and education. We are big open source enthusiasts and use a number of open source tools in our stack (contributing upstream whenever possible). Some of the tools we use regularly include Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform, Helm, Drone, Prometheus, and Grafana. However, technology is nothing without a stellar team of engineers that are focused on doing high quality work and working as a team to solve complex distributed computing and platform engineering problems. This is where you come in! We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. Our ideal candidate Has built and operated large-scale distributed systems in cloud providers (AWS strongly preferred) Has a strong backend programming background. Fluency in Go is strongly preferred; deep experience with another compiled or strongly-typed backend language is acceptable Has experience working with AI coding agents and can demonstrate building high quality context to yield high quality outputs Has experience designing and implementing medium-to-large software projects, including driving design reviews and mentoring less-senior engineers Pragmatic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and understands the benefits of collaboration Strong experience operating production Kubernetes clusters, not just deployed to it Has practical experience defining and operating against SLI/SLOs for services they owned Str
