Job Overview The Head of Workplace and Employee Experience is responsible for creating an engaging, effective and inspiring workplace experience for our employees in Vilnius. Own and manage the workplace budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency. Lead complex workplace projects, managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and challenges. Ensure workplace operations comply with relevant health & safety, building, waste management, and other regulatory requirements.
