Job Summary: A Fab Support Engineer responsible for sustaining and maintaining critical fab support systems, including vacuum pumps, point-of-use scrubbers, and chillers/heat exchangers, to ensure stable manufacturing operations. Leads and manages a team of technicians to provide compressed shift coverage for production lines, while establishing and improving process conditions, interlocks, and safety systems for both support and main tools. Drives process capability upgrades and cost reduction initiatives, manages operational budgets, and leads process management projects utilizing control and monitoring systems such as RMS and SCADA. Evaluates, introduces, and supports new OEM equipment and materials, and performs abnormal analysis to implement continuous improvement and reliability enhancements. Main Responsibi

Perform administrative and supervisory duties for shift techs: attendance, staffing, and reviews Serve as the main point of contact between the FAB personnel and the Fab Support group regarding Production issues Accept responsibility for all equipment, process, and personnel issues during shift Ensure coverage as needed to maintain shift needs Coordinate shift contribution to TPM activities Foster an environment for other Fab10 employees to resolve problems, give feedback and express concern Assist with equipment installs, tests and commissioning Requirements: A relevant Diploma in any Engineering courses OR equivale

Responsibilities and Tasks • Ensure the safe and proper operation of facilities equipment and systems. • Monitor facilities equipment and systems through FMCS or equivalent control systems. • Respond promptly to out-of-specification or abnormal condition affecting production or the site in general. • Bring up out-of-specification or abnormal conditions to relevant parties in a timely manner. • Restore facilities services quickly to minimize interruptions to production or the site. • Response to facilities service requests. • Support and implement operating procedures and risk assessments for all facilities systems and related work activities. • Coordinate maintenance or installation activities for operating facilities system and equipment on site. • Accurately pass down information to the next shift. • Complete shift routines and activities. • Assist in drafting SOPs, Checklists, and daily plant reports. • Follow up on incidents or service interruptions. • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties for facilities operation-related activities. • Prioritize and organize work during the shift. • Serve as a member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team). • Co-chair Facilitie

Qualifications: Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including: fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and fix mechanical systems Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability Ability to use schematic diagrams to troubleshoot systems to components level Intermediate PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Suite.
