Oversee the daily operations of all critical electrical and mechanical systems including HVAC DG (Diesel Generator) sets UPS systems LT/HT panels and plumbing. Schedule and supervise Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) to minimize system breakdowns. Trouble-shoot and resolve technical issues quickly to ensure business continuity. 2. Vendor & Technician Management Manage and monitor on-site technicians and multi-technical vendors. Maintain an updated asset register of all technical equipment tracking lifetimes and warranties. Monitor daily consumption logs (electricity water diesel) and analyze anomalies. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive logs of breakdowns PPM checklists and equipment history. Prepare daily weekly and monthly technical reports for management review.
