About BlockTech BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm. Specializing in crypto options, we facilitate global cryptocurrency derivatives and spot trading, while expanding into new markets. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take technical ownership of the data infrastructure our trading and technology teams are built on. Every decision at BlockTech starts with data: exchange feeds, our own trade and account events, and the history we query to make sense of both. The Foundation team owns the systems that move, aggregate, and store all of it. We run our own Kafka, NATS, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Iceberg, self-hosted and tuned by us. We work primarily in Rust, with Python and SQL alongside. This is a role for an engineer who has already built and operated data infrastructure at scale, and who wants their technical decisions to set direction rather than follow it. What will you do? You will own the pipelines and stores every other team depends on. When a researcher backtests a strategy, when a trader checks a position, when risk queries yesterday, they are all reading data your systems ingested, routed, and kept correct. As a senior engineer, you will also set the technical standards the rest of the team builds against. You will: Own the ingest path. Collect public and private exchange information and internal trading data with minimal latency impact, and land it in our trading systems in real time. Architect the streaming layer. Design and operate our Kafka and NATS messaging systems for the throughput and delivery guarantees our critical flows depend on. Build the storage layer. Develop real-time aggregation and long-term storage across PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Iceberg, and make the structural calls that keep queries fast as volumes grow. Run what you build. Own capacity, retention, schema evolution, and failure behavior for infrastructure we host ourselves, with no managed service to hide behind. Make the

About the Role Together AI runs one of the largest GPU fleets in the world. The Infra Agent Systems team builds the software systems that power and automate that infrastructure. We develop production AI agents that diagnose hardware failures, investigate incidents, correlate signals across the fleet, and automate operational workflows. Alongside these agents, we build the platform they run on, including knowledge graphs, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and developer tooling. You’ll work across two areas: Infrastructure Agent Systems — Build production AI agents that help operate our GPU fleet by diagnosing failures, investigating incidents, gathering evidence from live systems, and assisting with remediation. These agents are used every day by our infrastructure and datacenter teams through APIs, CLI, dashboards, and Slack. Core Agent Platform — Build the platform that powers these agents, including knowledge graphs, search and retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and the tooling that enables agents to reason, act, and continuously improve. We’re working on something that hasn’t really been done before: building knowledge graphs and self-improving AI agents that understand, operate, and continuously improve large-scale AI infrastructure. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI agents, distributed systems, infrastructure, and automation , solving challenging engineering problems with real production impact. There’s an enormous amount to build, learn, and shape as we define the future of autonomous infrastructure. responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Why this Role You’ll work on two hard problems at the same time: making AI agents trustworthy enough to operate production infrastructure, and building the knowledge, retrieval, and distributed systems that make those agents effective. You’ll have the opportunity to build foundational systems from the ground up, work on infrastructur

Senior Software Engineer: Applied AI Every day, thousands of shipments cross borders, change hands, and hit unexpected problems. For decades, fixing those problems meant phone calls, emails, and humans heroically firefighting. We think that's about to change completely. We've been building AI agents that spot trouble before it happens, reroute shipments, and keep goods moving—with our team of experts in the loop where it counts. The early results have been jaw-dropping. We're now going all in on a future where supply chains run themselves, and we're looking for the people who want to build that future with us. This isn't a role where you join a team and pick up tickets. You'll find the highest-leverage problems, design the solutions, and ship them to operators moving freight across 112 countries. A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) work directly with customers to quickly understand their greatest problems and design and implement solutions to use data against them. Our customers rely on Palantir’s platforms for some of their most critical operations, and projects often start with an open ended question like “Why are we delaying so many flights?” or “How can we better identify instances of money laundering?” As an FDSE, you’ll apply your problem solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to help organizations use their data to drive a real impact in the world. You’ll have the opportunity to gain rare insight into and contribute to some of the world’s most important industries and institutions. As an FDSE, your responsibilities look similar to those of a startup CTO: you’ll work in small teams with minimal supervision and own end-to-end execution of high stakes projects. Your day might span discussing architecture with fellow engineers, wrangling massive-scale data, coding a custom web app, speaking with customer executives, or establishing strategy for your team. Whether you aspire to be an entrepreneur or an engineering leader, we believe Palantir is the best place — with the best colleagues — to learn how. You’ll learn how to unpack a problem and understand the costs and consequences of its solution. You’ll learn new technologies and languages, and even develop them yourself. You’ll work autonomously and make decisions independently, within a community that will support and challenge you as you grow and develop.
About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer to build the systems that treat infrastructure as software. This role owns the software state machines that provision hardware, bring it into service, and manage its full lifecycle — turning racks of GPUs into running inference clusters without a human touching a runbook. The Research and Inference team is your customer: today they file tickets and wait; the target state is that they issue a single API call to stand up, scale, or tear down a cluster, and the system takes care of the rest. The platform is manifest-driven such that teams declare the desired state of a cluster or host — shape, topology, software stack — and the system is responsible for reconciling reality to that manifest, continuously, through every stage of its lifecycle. You will design the engines that manifest the schema, the engines that execute against it, and the workflows that carry a piece of hardware or a cluster from one state to the next—taking it from bare metal to a fully functioning AI cluster for training or inference. You'll write production code which is typed, tested, versioned, and deployed through CI/CD that models infrastructure state and reconciles it, the same way a Kubernetes controller reconciles a cluster's desired state. Success looks like eliminating manual provisioning work, not documenting it better. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine: design and implement the software that models the full lifecycle of a physical host from discovery, inference bring-up to GPU driver/CUDA stack, health validation, and decommission/RMA — as explicit, versioned states and transitions. Build the self-service API: design declarative
