About Datadog We're on a mission to build the best platform in the world for engineers to understand and scale their systems, applications, and teams. We operate at high scale with trillions of data points per day, enabling seamless collaboration and problem-solving among Dev, Ops, and Security teams for tens of thousands of companies globally. Our engineering culture values pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity to solve hard problems the right way. The Team The Datadog Security Libraries team owns the customer-side integrations behind our run-time security products App & API Protection , Workload Protection , and Code Security . Our libraries let customers automatically manage application security risk with continuous, real-time monitoring of vulnerabilities and threats against their web applications, serverless applications, and APIs, in production. Automatically integrated with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) distributed tracing and code-level context, our software empowers development, operations, and security teams to build and run secure applications. As a polyglot team we ship and maintain the security capabilities of Datadog's tracing libraries across .NET , Java , Go , Node.js , Python , Ruby , and PHP , on top of a shared C++ core and a set of HTTP proxy integrations (primarily Envoy, NGINX, and HAProxy). Our code runs inside thousands of production applications around the world. Recent work spans exploit prevention (RASP) and WAF detections, API Security, code security (IAST and SCA), and AI-assisted ("agentic") onboarding, always measured by real product outcomes and operational telemetry. The Opportunity We're looking for a senior, polyglot engineer to contribute across several of our security libraries, with .NET or Java expertise. About the Team The Plugin Developer Platform team builds the APIs, SDKs, and tools that let people extend ChatGPT and Codex. We work on plugins, connectors, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and interactive apps. We want anyone to be able to turn a useful workflow into a plugin, share it, and have other people use it. A plugin can package instructions and skills with connections to the tools and data it needs. Our work covers plugin creation and publishing, the systems that run plugins across our products, and open standards that developers can build on. About the Role We’re looking for platform-minded engineers who know what it takes to build a platform developers want to use. You’ll work across developer-facing interfaces, APIs, and backend systems. You’ll own features from the first developer conversation through implementation and release. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer for our Frontier Security AI team. Snowflake's Frontier Security AI teams develop production-grade LLM applications, intelligent agents, AI infrastructure, and evaluation systems for enterprise customers — products that must meet a high bar for quality, security, reliability, and efficiency while operating over sensitive data at large scale. In this role, you will lead the design and development of our Agentic Harness and agent evaluation platform, working across product, infrastructure, applied AI, security, and modeling teams to take new capabilities from prototype to dependable customer value. AS A STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Architect and build the Agentic Harness that executes complex, multi-step AI workflows across models, tools, data, and services. Design stable interfaces for tool execution, context construction, state management, memory, permissions, retries, fallbacks, and human review. Own agent quality end to end by building evaluation harnesses, representative datasets, automated graders, experiment pipelines, and release gates. Convert ambiguous reports such as "the agent feels worse" into measurable failure modes, reproducible tests, and durable fixes. Analyze production agent trajectories to identif
