JOB Title: Senior Account Executive JOB OVERVIEW: Studio X IntegrationチームのSenior Account Executiveとして、日本コカ・コーラ社を担当し、統合マーケティングソリューションの日常的な進行管理、クライアント対応、および各種キャンペーンの実行支援を担います。マス広告、デジタル、SNS、リアルイベント、動的コンテンツ制作など、多岐にわたるチャネルを網羅するプロジェクトにおいて、戦略立案から実行・納品・検証に至る一連のプロセスで社内外のコミュニケーションを促進する機能を担って頂きます。WPPグループのVML & Ogilvy Japanのメンバーとして、WPPの専門性を有する各組織と外部パートナーと連携し、日本のマーケットにおけるコカ・コーラ社の多様な飲料ブランドの成長に貢献していただきます。 Key RESPONSIBILITIES: アカウントマネジメント 日常的なクライアント対応:Account DirectorやIntegration Leadと連携し担当ブランド／チャーターにおけるクライアントの窓口として、チームへタイムリーに必要情報を伝達しプロジェクトを円滑に進める。 案件管理：クライアントのBriefingおよび依頼内容を正確に把握し、関係するプロジェクトメンバーと緊密に連携しながら、プロジェクトの進行・実行を管理する。 会議運営と報告: クライアントとのミーティング後に、正確なレポート（議事録／アクションアイテム）を作成し、関係者へ共有する。 予算・スケジュール管理: プロジェクトの計画（スコープ、スケジュール、予算、発注、請求業務、体制）の策定を補助し、進行状況をトラッキングして納品まで確実に管理する。 定期レポーティング: プロジェクトの進行状況や課題を整理し、クライアントおよび社内チームへ定期的に共有を行う。 プロジェクト＆キャンペーンの実行・進行管理 WPP統合チームの進行管理: Account DirectorやIntegration Leadと連携し、マス広告、デジタル、SNS、イベントにわたる統合キャンペーンのプロジェクト計画（体制・工程・予算）の実行・管理のサポートを行う。 社内・社外専門チームとの連携: Creative、Production、Media、データ分析など、WPPグループ内の専門組織と円滑に連携し、プロジェクトの進行をサポートする クオリティコントロール : 制作物（画像、動画、コピー等）がコカ・コー
