Requirements ● 2+ years of experience in operations, fintech ops, or a similar operations-heavy role. ● Hands-on working knowledge of SQL — must be comfortable querying and validating data independently. ● Strong ownership mindset — comfortable being the "frontline executioner" who drives issues to closure, not just flags them. ● Experience working with external partners/vendors (insurers, technology partners, or similar) is a stro

This small, global team sits within Engineering and partners daily with Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering across the US, EMEA, and APAC. The team does not operate like a help desk; it solves technical problems, strengthens customer outcomes, and turns customer signal into product insight. As a Sr. Technical Support Engineer, you will own customer issues end-to-end across Pendo’s web and mobile products, from triage and debugging to resolution, documentation, and feedback loops. You also surface customer health signals and strategic gaps to Account Owners and Customer Success so the right teams can act. Knowledge at scale: You create and maintain intern

The team supports high-stakes customer use cases, shapes how systems evolve over time, and creates a more consistent experience across the platform. This work sits in complex product areas where delivery speed, system reliability, and long-term maintainability all matter. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will own complex problem spaces and drive them forward independently. Sr. Product Manager, Analytics The team + the role Pendo is the AI-powered analytics and adoption platform for builders. The Product team builds the tools that help software teams understand how their products are used, where adoption breaks down, and what drives business outcomes. AI features are increasingly central to the analytics roadmap — surfacing intelligent insights, automating pattern detection, and embedding AI-assisted workflows directly into the product experience. This team is embedded in its own customer base, runs continuous discovery, and treats customer outcomes as the primary measure of whether the work is good. This role owns an analytics product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery across a globally distributed cross-functional team spanning Raleigh, New York, and Pendo's India-based engineering and product teams. Customer outcomes are the starting point for every significant decision. Discovery is continuous, not episodic. Operating across time zones is a practical requirement — the person in this role adapts their working hours to maintain meaningful overlap with India-based teams and builds the async artifacts that let those teams work independently between overlap windows. This role is based in Raleigh, NC (primary), with New York, NY and East Coast remote candidates also considered. Pendo's hybrid model requires in-office 3 days per week for local candidates. What this looks like day-to-day Own the analytics product roadmap — define priorities, defend tradeoffs with data and reasoning, and keep the long-term direction aligned with enterprise customer needs and the broader Pendo platform. Drive AI-powered capabilities within the analytics area: define what the AI does, how outputs are surfaced, how confidence is communicated, and where human judgment stays in the loop — with the customer problem as the starting point, not the model capability. Run continuous discovery with enterprise customers and India-based product a

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll own the full lifecycle of intelligence solutions, from problem definition and analysis through model development, stakeholder enablement, and ongoing iteration. You'll work directly with GTM teams to surface high-value business problems and answer them with the right mix of analytics and modeling, translating what you find into decisions that stick. The best person for this role has strong modeling instincts, genuine curiosity about how GTM businesses operate, and the judgment to know when a complex model is the right tool — and when a well-framed SQL query gets you there faster. This role is based in Raleigh, NC and follows Pendo's hybrid model: in-office 3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day Leverage data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling to identify opportunities and mitigate risks for our GTM teams, from problem framing through delivery and ongoing iteration Work collaboratively with data & AI engineers, analysts, revenue operations, and GTM stakeholders to ensure your work is actionable, interpretable, and clearly connected to business decisions Translate model outputs and analytical findings into clear business narratives through slides, write-ups, presentations, and async video Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery and prototype faster, while applying the critical thinking to validate, refine, and own the output Share and build reusable patterns, model documentation, and technical findings with the broader team Answer high-value business questions through analysis and experimentation: dev

You will support onboarding, professional development, and the growth of strong individual contributors and emerging technical leaders. Architecture ownership: Own the technical direction for the Pendo for Agents architecture end to end. You will partner with Staff and Principal engineers on build-versus-buy decisions, including when to use existing frameworks and when to build in-house. You will own delivery commitments across sprint and quarterly planning cycles and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
