Who are we? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! About the role We're hiring a Marketing Chief of Staff to keep Cohere's marketing org moving at full speed without coming apart at the seams. You'll report to the VP of Brand and work across the whole function: brand, editorial, design, product marketing, demand generation, and integrated marketing. This is not a strategy-only role, and it isn't a glorified project-management seat either. In any given quarter the org is shipping product launches, field events, partner campaigns, and demand programs in parallel, often across regions and time zones. That pace is the reason the role exists. Your job is to make sure the right work wins when everything feels urgent, that plans turn into shipped work, and that the VP of Brand and the leadership team spend their time leading instead of firefighting. Be clear-eyed about the shape of the work. A lot of it is operational: the planning calendar, the budget, the headcount plan, the weekly business reviews, the cross-functional handoffs that break when nobody owns them. The grind is the job. You should want that part, not tolerate it. One boundary worth naming up front. Marketing Ops owns th

Role Overview: Building AI agents that can assist with any kind of enterprise work is a challenging, open-ended problem. One key piece of solving it is replicating real work environments as realistically as possible - filling them with hard tasks to solve, creating plausible input data, and defining clear rewards for completing the work the right way. We build many of these reinforcement learning (RL) environments, then drop our agents into them to evaluate or train them. In this role, you are responsible for creating these RL environments, running AI agents inside them, and improving both the agents and the environments in the process. The results reach customers, whose feedback feeds back in - and the agent/environment improvement loop continues. Key Responsibilities: There are many open problems in this space. As a Member of Technical Staff, RL Environments, you will: Build new RL environments targeting different agentic capabilities and industry areas Train and evaluate agents in those environments Make all the pieces work together: tasks, data, tool implementations, and verifiers Work across modeling and product to identify

Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in. As Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer, you will be a force multiplier for Asana's product leadership team. This role helps the CPO run a high-functioning organization by translating priorities into an effective operating rhythm, keeping Product, Engineering, and Design aligned, and driving the key forums, communications, and strategic work that let leaders make better decisions faster. This is a high-trust, high-judgment role for someone who can move fluidly between strategic thinking and execution. You will own the cadence and connective tissue around the Office of the CPO: leadership meetings, board and planning materials, internal communications, cross-functional follow-through, and special projects that do not sit neatly within a single team. The role is especially important as the CPO's org now includes StackAI, Ecosystem Partnerships, and Data Science. You increase the CPO’s leverage by representing his priorities clearly, moving cross-functional work forward without him in the room, and imposing structure on messy, ambiguous situations. This role is not a head of operations, a gatekeeper, or a proxy product leader. It succeeds by increasing leadership leverage, organizational clarity, and decision quality across the product organization. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve Run the core operating rhythm for the Office of the CPO, including but not limited to CPO directs, R&D leadership, and product leads at executive meetings Drive high-quality preparation, agendas, decisions, and follow-through for leadership meetings so the right conversatio
