Location: Europe remote or London hybrid The role: Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. The largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar - it's whether admins, legal teams, and programme owners can actually stay in control. We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own that layer end-to-end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open. About Snorkel At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data. We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler! In September 2026 we raised a $350 million Series E at a $3.5 billion valuation , and we are scaling our engineering and research teams to meet demand. The role Frontier AI data is expensive to make and hard to measure. Every task we deliver is tested against the strongest models, often through many long-running agent rollouts. Your job is to make that process faster, cheaper, and more rigorous with ML and AI You will be one of the early members of ML & Research Engineering at Snorkel. You will study how frontier-grade data is generated and evaluated, form hypotheses, validate them against real production data, and ship the winners at scale. About the Role REMOTE IN INDIA We're looking for a software engineer to build the Kubernetes-native control plane that provisions and runs our GPU inference fleet. You'll design a manifest-driven API where the inference team declares what they need, whether that's a cluster, a model deployment, or a capacity change, and our controllers handle the reconciliation, provider/runtime selection, and lifecycle management underneath, so the inference team never has to know or care which specific serving stack, scheduler, or hardware pool is doing the work. You'll also build the systems that keep the fleet efficient, not just running, including defragmentation and rebalancing logic that consolidates scattered workloads back into contiguous capacity, and scheduling/bin-packing improvements that push GPU utilization up without hurting latency. The core value we're after is decoupling the people building on top of the platform from the operational and runtime complexity underneath, while squeezing more usable capacity out of the same hardware. You'll build the controllers, reconciliation loops, and self-service surface (API/CLI, not tickets) that make that decoupling real, plus the event-driven health, remediation, and utilization systems that keep it running and efficient without a human in the loop. Strong candidates have hands-on experience with Kubernetes controller/CRD patterns, have built or operated a platform API that abstracts multiple backends behind one interface, understand GPU scheduling and capacity efficiency (fragmentation, bin-packing, right-sizing), and think about GPU infrastructure as software to be engineered. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine

As a senior SRE, you will be expected to be able to design & build complex systems, operate with autonomy and act as owner for everything you do. The SRE Atlas team works alongside the various Atlas software engineering teams to provide expertise about running systems at scale, build new tooling and automation and perform essential maintenance of the Atlas fleet. This is an SRE team, which means you can expect a highly hands-on approach, tackling the technical challenges of implementing large scale solutions that have the ability to impact our customer’s most crucial workloads. Role Overview We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong infrastructure background. This role requires engineers to have a customer-first mindset to ensure that everything we do results in a stronger product and a better experience for all Atlas customers. The ideal candidate should Have 5+ years of experience running critical systems at scale Value efficiency in processes and operations, and display a preference for automation over manual processes (“allergic to ops work”) Be familiar with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and possess the ability to build and operate systems in a multi-cloud environment A strong understanding of how to run a large scale Linux environment, including low level fundamentals Firm grasp of at least one modern programming language, beyond basic scripting (Go, Ruby, Python) Solid understanding of web and network protocols and standards (HTTP, TLS, DNS, etc) Special Requirements: Be a US Citizen Expectations Participate in the development of a reliable and resilient multi-cloud platform that hosts business critic
About the Role Amplitude's Cloud Platform team builds the systems that every Amplitude engineer relies on every day to ship code — and we're rebuilding them for the AI era. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll own medium-to-high-complexity platform projects end-to-end and help shape a platform where AI agents are first-class users alongside humans: kicking off deploys, opening pull requests against infrastructure, and triaging incidents, so a single engineer can get the throughput of a team. You'll partner with Staff engineers and product teams to make Kubernetes effortless across the engineering org, building self-service automation and scalable AWS infrastructure that lets product teams ship faster, safer, and with less cognitive load. If you're excited about building the systems that other engineers will rely on every day, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Lead high-impact platform projects — design and ship capabilities that move the needle on developer experience, reliability, or security, and set the bar for quality, testing, and safe deployment practices. Build the AI-augmented platform. Design tooling and workflows that help engineers get more out of AI-assisted development — think infra primitives that are easy to reason about, automated review, and policy-as-code that keeps the guardrails strong as AI shifts how code gets written. Own Infrastructure-as-Code for Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP using Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and emerging tooling — and make it consumable enough that an LLM can safely PR against it. Evolve our CI/CD backbone (Argo CD / Workflows / Rollouts, GitHub Actions) to make deploys faster, safer, and easier to reason about. Instrument and operate. Drive observability with Datadog and Amplitude, own dashboards and SLOs, and use the data to push reliability forward. Participate in on-call, lead incident response when needed, and turn postmortems into durable platform improvements. Reduce toil and tech debt with pragmatic remediation
