RDQ427R613 About Databricks Databricks is the Data and AI company. More than 10,000 organizations worldwide rely on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to unify and democratize data, analytics, and AI. As agents move from demos to real production work, Databricks is building the platform that lets enterprises create, govern, and collaborate with coding agents safely and at scale. Team & Product Omnigent is Databricks' platform for building, composing, governing, and sharing AI coding agents. It lets people create and coordinate agents across different model providers and execution environments - from the CLI and IDE to desktop, mobile, and managed enterprise surfaces. Users can watch agents work live, jump in to co-drive or fork a session, and package and share reusable agents. This is a rare chance to define and refine interaction patterns at enterprise scale: how people supervise fleets of agents, intervene at the right moment, understand risk, and build trust in autonomous work - starting with coding, review, and exploration workflows. The hard design problem isn't just showing what agents are doing; it's helping people know when to trust, when to step in, and how to recover when work goes off track - across a high-density desktop workspace and lightweight mobile moments. You'll design for two audiences at once: an open-source community shaping the future of agent workflows, and enterprise teams adopting agents in governed production. Role You'll be the IC design lead for how humans and fleets of agents work together on Omnigent - leading through product strategy, systems thinking, craft, and cross-functional collaboration. You're equally comfortable shipping small design changes directly in the codebase and prototyping your way through big, ambiguous problems that don't have a spec yet. You'll own the design direction across desktop and mobile, partner deeply with engineering and product, and translate the frontier of what agents can do into experience

More than 1,500 firms in 60 countries use Addepar to manage and advise on nearly $10 trillion in assets. The Role The Applied AI team works embedded with Addepar's strategic clients to figure out where AI can change how they work and then build those capabilities from scratch. You'll spend time understanding a client's world, identify what's worth building, prototype it, prove it works, and then partner with core engineering teams to ship it as product for all customers. As an Applied AI Engineer, you'll build agentic systems from idea through production. The work starts with understanding the problem well enough to know what to build, then moves fast through prototyping and iteration. You'll design agent behavior, wire up tool integrations, tune evaluations until the AI actually works in practice. You'll sit close to the people who use what you build, and that feedback loop is how both the product and your skills grow fast. The team is new. Your work shapes what we ship. This role may require occasional work outside standard business hours to accommodate client time zones and up to 15% travel to client sites, including occasional overnight and multi-day engagements. What You'll Do Build AI-powered agents and tools end-to-end: identify the problem with clients and domain experts, prototype quickly, evaluate rigorously, and ship to production Desig
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Data Center Security Engineering (DCSE) secures Anthropic's data center footprint; this role covers how the sites are designed and built to be secure. Much of that footprint is designed and built with partners, so a site's security is decided early: in what Anthropic hands the people who build it, and in how rigorously the delivered systems are tested against it. You'll design and specify the physical security systems for a site: perimeter and vehicle barriers, intrusion detection, video, security lighting, and the site penetrations and utility entry points that bypass them. Design firms and integrators produce the site drawings and install; you specify, review, and verify. You'll write the performance requirement and verification method behind each control, review every site design against them at each stage with redlines a design team can act on, test in the field that what was built performs as specified, and re-verify post-acceptance changes. This is a foundational role. You'll own Anthropic's physical security reference design package (typical details, reference drawings, schedules, and test procedures) in the form partners build from, and keep it current against each site's threat basis and the sites actually being built. You'll set the technical position for a site and decide what applies where; where a requirement can't be met as written, you'll engineer the compensating control and document the deviation. You'll work with the rest of DCSE, with Anthropic's design, construction, and real estate counterparts, and directly with the vendors who build to the package. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow
