As the Pharmacist Supervisor you will be responsible for directing daily workflow, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance, coaching & counseling, disciplinary action and daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed. This position oversees daily operations in fulfillment. Fulfillment center operates with a total of over 100 employees with each supervisor managing around 25 reports each.
