The Senior Manager – ESG will be responsible for driving ESG governance, sustainability performance, disclosure readiness, and responsible business practices across the Copper Manufacturing Complex. The role will support the ESG Head in translating ESG priorities into measurable plant-level initiatives covering environment, social responsibility, governance, climate action, resource efficiency, community interface, and statutory / voluntary reporting requirements.
