VTS is the category leader in commercial real estate technology with more than 13 billion square feet managed on our platform globally. Every account in your book represents an opportunity to expand how some of the largest owners and operators in the industry leverage technology to modernize their portfolios. As an Account Manager, you will work directly with leadership while helping drive the next phase of growth at VTS. You will own expansion revenue across a portfolio of 60 to 80 SMB and lower mid market commercial real estate accounts. Your job is simple: generate and close net new revenue within your book. That means identifying whitespace, creating urgency, and running multiple deal cycles simultaneously, not waiting for opportunities to come to you. This is not a support role. Renewals and adoption are handled separately. You own the commercial motion including upsells, cross sells, and new product expansion, with a direct quota and meaningful upside for top performers. Here’s what you can expect as an Account Manager: Proactively identify expansion opportunities across your book using product usage data, account signals, and direct customer conversations. Run 30 to 60 day deal cycles across multiple accounts simultaneously. Build relationships with decision makers and navigate 1 to 3 stakeholder buying groups to close opportunities. Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting and clear next steps on every active deal. Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales while maintaining ownership of the commercial opportunity. Create urgency and momentum across active deals instead of reacting to inbound demand. What makes you a great fit? 2-4 years in a quota carrying B2B SaaS role across account management, SMB sales, or expansion focused customer roles. Demonstrated success sourcing and closing expansion revenue independently. Experience managing a high volume book of business with strong organizat

About the Team The People Operations team owns the systems, processes, and programs that make the employee lifecycle run — from day one through every transition in between. We believe that clean data, simple workflows, and well-designed technology are what let the rest of the People & Talent function do its best work. About the Role We're looking for a People Operations Manager who can look at a messy, ambiguous problem and turn it into a clear plan — then execute it. Day-to-day, you'll own our HR technology stack, lead process transformation across the employee lifecycle, and serve as the go-to partner for Payroll, IT, Legal, and the broader People & Talent team when something needs to be built, fixed, or rethought. You'll work directly with vendors, HRBPs, and leadership to make sure our operations are scalable, compliant, and actually simple to use. In the first year, success means moving us from where we are to where we should be: better-configured systems, documented processes, and a team that trusts what's in our tools. Responsibilities Lead HR operations programs end-to-end — define scope, owners, milestones, risks, and success measures, often starting from an undefined brief. Serve as the primary functional owner for core People technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance tools), including configuration, upgrades, and feature evaluation. Lead technology deployments, platform conversions, and module rollouts, coordinating across IT, HRIS, and vendor teams. Who we are About Privy Our mission is to make privacy and user ownership the default online. To do so, we build simple, flexible APIs and tools for developers that make it easy to build new products on crypto rails. Privy owns the abstractions and infrastructure layer above wallets, integrating across chains, third-party providers, and Stripe products like Treasury and Link. We get to solve hard technical problems while leveraging Stripe's distribution to reach customers like Ramp, Klarna, Deel, Kraken, Hyperliquid, and Fomo — powering experiences for both mainstream users and crypto natives. About the team Engineering at Privy is distinguished by High urgency—Shipping very small iterations, very fast, to learn very quickly Product taste—Our customers are developers, and to build effective products for them requires technical knowledge—you will often be "the PM." Security mindset—A great portion of our product is trust. While we have a dedicated security team, every engineer brings security to their designs from the start. In practice, we use boring technology like Node, React, and AWS so we can focus our engineering energy entirely on pushing the boundaries of Privy's core product, e.g. through hardware enclaves, multi-region low latency APIs, and blockchain abstractions that are accessible to mainstream developers. What you’ll do We're looking for an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team and be the primary technical owner for building out new capabilities with Privy's most important customers. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer and business objectives to architect, develop, and deploy software features that address customers’ needs and evolve the capabilities of Privy’s core products. Customer obsession is a core part of Privy’s culture. You’ll work closely with fellow engineers, product, and business teams to ensure Privy's customers achieve their desired outcomes and are delighted
