Du koordinierst payrollbezogene Aktivitäten, administrierst unsere Benefits, erstellst vertragliche Dokumente wie z.B. Sideletters und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen sowie weiteren HR-Dokumenten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus People & Culture und Finance sowie mit externen Dienstleistern zusammen und stellst sicher, dass unsere HR-Prozesse termingerecht, zuverlässig und gut organisiert ablaufen. Darüber hinaus nutzt du, wo sinnvoll, freigegebene AI-Tools, Automatisierungen und AI-gestützte Workflows, um Effizienz, Qualität und Konsistenz zu verbessern. Dabei bleiben menschliches Urteilsvermögen, angemessene Prüfprozesse und der verantwortungsvolle Umgang mit Mitarbeiterdaten jederzeit zentral.
