Linear is a very brand forward company, so there will be scenarios where we have to turn down seemingly great opportunities to protect perception. We’re unlikely to ever use retargeting pixels and gated content, for example. We’ve got a basic demand motion in place today but we’ve barely scratched the surface. As the first demand generation hire, you’ll own the strategy and lead on delivering it. The marketing team is small but has an outsized impact, and we intend to keep it that way.
