The Customer Activation Partner for Japan & Korea will embed education into the account motion across a defined set of top accounts in both markets. This is not as a support function, but a deliberate strategy to accelerate adoption, reduce time-to-value, and surface the expansion signals that matter to the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working directly with account teams, customers, and regional delivery resources to build education plans that drive measurable consumption outcomes. And you'll serve as the primary voice connecting what's happening on the gro
