Box(NYSE: BOX)はインテリジェントコンテンツ管理(ICM)プラットフォームのリーディングカンパニーです。Boxのプラットフォームは、企業のコラボレーション促進や、コンテンツのライフサイクル全体の管理、重要なコンテンツの保護、そしてエンタープライズAIによるビジネスワークフローの変革を実現することを目指しています。2005年に米国で設立され、JLL、モルガン・スタンレーなどを含む大手グローバル企業や、日本では約19,000社および日経225の76%の企業の業務効率化を支援しています。 Boxは、カリフォルニア州レッドウッドシティーに本社を置き、米国、ヨーロッパ、アジアに拠点を持っています。株式会社Box Japanは2013年に設立された日本法人です。 Boxでは、重要なコンテンツを扱うプラットフォームをさらに推進し、お客様の働き方に大きな変革を提供する、またとない機会があります。コンテンツは私達の業務の中心にあります。契約書、請求書、社員情報、財務情報、製品仕様、マーケティング資産などの部署間に跨る重要なビジネス・プロセスに含まれる数十億ものファイルや情報が日々流れています。私達のミッションは、コンテンツ管理にインテリジェンスをもたらし、お客様がデジタル・トランスフォーメーションを実現するお手伝いをさせていただくことです。このAIと膨大な業務コンテンツの融合による、大規模な働き方の変革期に、そのビジネスの最前線に貢献することが、Boxではできます。 WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 日本におけるBoxのビジネスは、100%パートナーを通じて展開されています。そのため、パートナーとの協業を広げ、より多くのお客様へBoxを届けていくことが、Box Japanの成長に直結します。 このポジションでは、複数の販売パートナーを担当し、パートナーの皆さまと一緒にBoxビジネスを成長させていただきます。 本社・主管部門との関係構築だけではなく、営業部門や地域拠点など、実際にお客様と接する営業担当者との接点を広げることも重要な役割です。 パートナーを訪問し、営業担当者との関係をつくり、案件創出、勉強会、セミナー、共同営業などを通じて、Boxを販売いただける機会を増やしていきます。 社内の営業、Marketing、SE、Customer Successなどとも連携しながら、自分自身でアイデアを出し、行動し、パートナーと一緒にビジネスを大きくしていくことを楽しめる方を求めています。 WHAT YOU'LL DO 複数の販売パートナーを担当し、Partner Business Planや営業施策を策定・実行する パートナーの主管部門だけでなく、営業部門、地域拠点などとの関係を構築する パートナーの営業担当者との接点を増やし、新規案件やPipelineの創出につなげる パートナー向け勉強会、トレーニング、セミナー、共同営業施策などを企画・実行する 定例会議やBusiness Reviewを通じて進捗を確認し、次のアクションにつなげる Salesforceなどを活用してPipelineや案件状況を把握し、必要な営業アクションを実行する Direct Sales、Marketing、SE、Customer Successなど社内各部門と連携し、パートナーとのビジネス拡大を推進する 担当地域やパートナーへの訪問、宿泊を伴う国内出張があります Box ではコミュニティと対面でのコラボレーションを重要視していてます。Box の社員(Boxers)は、少なくとも毎週3日間以上はオフィスで勤務することが求められます。選考プロセスの中で、リクルーターが働き方や企業文化についてさらに詳しくご説明します。 WHO YOU ARE IT業界におけるPartner Sales、Channel Sales、法人営業などの経験 販売パートナー、Distributor、SIerなどとのビジネス経験 パートナーと良好な関係を構築し、一緒にビジネスを拡大していくことが好きな方 パートナーの主管部門だけではなく、営業現場や地域組織など幅広い方々と積極的にコミュニケーションできる方 自ら行動し、社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら営業施策を実行できる方 SalesforceなどのCRMを活用した営業活動の経験 SaaS、Cloud、Security領域での営業経験(尚可) Network、Serverなどインフラ・Hardware領域でのChannel Sales経験も歓迎します 業務上の英語コミュニケーション力(尚可) 私たちは「AIファースト」の企業です。 すなわち、常に
