Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About The Role: We're looking for a Head of Enterprise Segment, Japan to lead Notion's Enterprise GTM motion in Japan as we evolve how we sell, build, and deliver outcomes for our largest customers. This is a senior second-line leadership role, leading leaders and teams across the Enterprise segment, with accountability for new logo acquisition, expansion, renewals, and the quality of execution that produces durable customer outcomes. This person will play an integral role in scaling Notion's evolving GTM motion in Japan. You'll help define what great looks like for the Enterprise segment: how teams identify the right accounts, create urgency with executives, diagnose workflows, run compelling first and second meetings, deliver live builds and value narratives, and hand customers off into adoption with clarity. This is not a traditional pipeline-management role. The best leaders in this motion are coaches first: they can inspect the quality of a customer conversation, watch a live build or deal review, and tell a manager or IC exactly what to change. As part of the Japan GTM leadership team, you'll be instrumental in helping define o

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. The Mission The Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) organization exists to equip every audience in our ecosystem — field sellers, technical specialists, and partners — with the clarity, content, and skills they need to execute with speed and consistency. But enablement doesn't stop at the field. The fastest path to consumption is a customer who knows exactly how to use what they've bought. That's where Customer Activation comes in. We're building a function that embeds education directly into the account motion — not as a post-sale afterthought, but as a deliberate strategy to accelerate time-to-value, reduce friction in expansion conversations, and protect consumption in accounts that matter most. The Customer Activation Partner for Japan & Korea will embed education into the account motion across a defined set of top accounts in both markets. This is not as a support function, but a deliberate strategy to accelerate adoption, reduce time-to-value, and surface the expansion signals that matter to the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working directly with account teams, customers, and regional delivery resources to build education plans that drive measurable consumption outcomes. And you'll serve as the primary voice connecting what's happening on the gro
