Solution Engineeringチームは、営業チームやパートナーと密に連携しながら、お客様の課題を理解し、Snowflakeの価値をわかりやすく伝え、案件形成から技術検証、成約後の活用イメージづくりまでを支援する役割を担います。Associate Solution Engineerには、経験豊富なSEや営業メンバーと協業しながら、顧客への提案活動、デモ支援、技術的な学習と実践を通じて成長していくことを期待します。 The Impact You will Make 営業チームやSenior SEと連携し、見込み客や既存顧客に対するプレゼンテーション、デモ、技術説明を支援する。 顧客の業務課題や技術要件を理解し、Snowflakeの価値と結びつけて提案できるようになる。 PoCや技術検証の準備・実行を支援し、営業サイクル全体を通じてお客様の意思決定を後押しする。 データ、クラウド、AIの進化を学び続け、競合技術や関連ベンダーへの理解を深める。 製品、エンジニアリング、マーケティングなどの社内チームと協力し、現場の学びや顧客の声を共有する。 日本のSE組織における標準的な選考・育成の期待に沿って、技術力、プレゼン力、顧客提案力を段階的に高めていく。 Who You Are 必須要件 SaaS、クラウド、データプラットフォーム、アナリティクス、AI関連領域に強い関心を持ち、継続的に学習できる方 顧客または社内向けに、技術的な内容をわかりやすく説明しようとする姿勢をお持ちの方 データベース、データウェアハウス、ETL、アナリティクス、クラウドテクノロジーに関する基礎理解、または早期にキャッチアップできる素地をお持ちの方 SQLおよびデータ活用に関する基礎知識、またはハンズオンで学んだ経験をお持ちの方 顧客の課題を理解し、ソリューション提案へつなげようとする思考力をお持ちの方 コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、数学、または関連分野の学位、もしくは同等の実務経験をお持ちの方 日本語に堪能で、英語での業務に抵抗がない方 周囲を巻き込みながら学び、One Teamで成果を出そうとする姿勢をお持ちの方 歓迎要件 プリセールス、ソリューション提案、Sales Engineer、Solution Engineer、コンサルティング、またはそれに近い経験 デモ、ハンズオン、PoC、技術検証、または顧客向けプレゼンテーションの経験 パブリッククラウド、BI、データ統合、AI/MLなどの周辺技術に関する知識 顧客接点のある環境で、技術とビジネスの両方に関わ
