Here’s a summary of the role: Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to join our growing Professional Services team, driving successful SaaS implementation delivery, client onboarding, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable value for our customers. In this role, you will lead customer adoption and implementation projects for Diligent’s Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions, with a strong focus on driving successful delivery, maintaining operational consistency, and executing implementations in line with Diligent’s established Services Strategy methodology. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Leading multiple end-to-end implementation of Diligent solutions for clients, from project kick-off through to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Proactively manage portfolio operations, accurate time and scope capture within project, project financials, team utilization, and time management. Mobilize the right team resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully, delays and overrun

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering solutions in response to managed services requests from customers. As a subject matter expert in Diligent's solutions, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and an exceptional client experience. This role is open to candidates based in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand . As a dynamic and energetic professional, the Manager, Payroll Operations will own the planning, and implementation of our Payroll chapter. What you bring Extensive experience in regional / global payroll operations specifically in Australia/ New Zealand Understanding of global payroll best practices. Experience in implementing payroll in multiple countries and in managing relationships with third party payroll services. You are passionate about managing people, and you don't micromanage your reports. Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact. Is a productivity geek and will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up their work. You understand the need and ideal to work largely asynchronously
