About the role Synthesia ships more product, faster, than we ever have. AI has collapsed the cost of building which means the hard part is no longer making things, it’s making sure people actually adopt them. That’s the job of Growth, and we’re changing how we do it: instead of bolting Growth on after launch to optimise, we’re embedding a Growth PM into every core bet from day one, so how a product acquires, activates and scales is designed in from the first cycle. We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager to report to our VP of Growth. You'll own the Growth surface for one of those bets while helping build a growth-led way of working across the company. What you’ll be doing Own Growth for a core product area end to end, acquisition, activation, adoption and retention, baked into the roadmap from the start, not retrofitted. Partner closely with the core product PMs and engineers who own the surface, bringing high-impact growth ideas and working out where they fit, and getting the primitives exposed that let you build and scale on top. Design growth into the product itself: discovery-led acquisition loops, and experiences that get users to their job-to-be-done in a couple of clicks (sometimes without opening the edit

This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users. You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar. About the role Almost every company can now produce training video at scale. Almost none of them can tell you whether any of it made someone better at their job. We're building the product that closes that gap: an agentic, real-time experience where people practice live, dynamic scenarios, and where organisations finally get signal on genuine readiness instead of a simple metric tied to course completion. This is a 0-to-1 bet on what comes after content, which is practice, and proof. You'll own a domain within it from strategy to ship. Why now: Real-time, agentic AI has only just become good enough to hold a convincing live scenario. The window to define this category is open now, and we intend to own it. The problem you're solving Today, the most you can do to assess whether someone has genuinely learned something is watch them complete a module or pass a quiz. The behaviours that matter in real roles, in real moments, are rarely tested reliably. We have the underlying technology to change that. What we need is a PM who can turn that into a product that an enterprise will use to prepare their people, and that a end user actually wants to engage with. About the role Most people think AI is coming for their job. We think it's coming for the boring parts of it. We’re not looking for a social media manager. We’re looking for a Social Media Lead — someone who’s plugged into the conversation at a level that goes beyond posting. Someone who understands that the debate happening right now around AI and human creativity is one of the most consequential of our time, and who wants to be an active voice in shaping it.
