We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to serve as the main point of contact between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders regarding all contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation. This role will report to our Associate General Counsel. What You'll Do: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts, including client and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and renewals, Statements of Work, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc., for global stakeholders in various company locations Responsible for managing Contracts Queue and coordination of all aspects of contract management Serve as primary contact between the legal department and internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review and revision, copies, questions, status updates etc. Review, respond and manage contracts-related questions within the Contracts inbox Manage Contract Template library and other knowledge management functions Ensure compliance with contract approval policies and procedures Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams on contracts as needed Special projects on an as-needed basis What You Have: Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years' experience working with contracts Law Degree is a big plus, but is not required Contract management experience, preferably in-house Experience reviewing, editing, interpreting and negotiating legal agreements Experience reviewing and negotiating corporate master services agreements Strong organizational and communications skills, ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks and projects, track and follow up on projects Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
