The largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar - it's whether admins, legal teams, and programme owners can actually stay in control. We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own that layer end-to-end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open. You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the bar on how we think about enterprise design problems. What you'll be doing: Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration - often dealing with ambiguity. You'll reach out to the right stakeholders, get the right eyes in the room, and make decisions independently. Design complex governance and compliance systems that give admins, legal t

The next phase of growth is won or lost on whether we can make that scale safe and manageable. That is your remit. Location: Europe remote or London hybrid The role: We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to lead design for Synthesia's AI-native product surfaces: the experiences where employees learn through conversation, companies localise content at scale, and AI becomes a direct participant in how work gets done - not just a tool behind the scenes. This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users. You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar. In practice, this role is about solving AI-native design problems, for example: Designing real-time, conversational avatar experiences that feel engaging and natural - not robotic or gimmicky - for employees learning and practising skills at work. Creating interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows that give users the right amount of control, transparency, and trust without overwhelming them with complexity. About the role Almost every company can now produce training video at scale. Almost none of them can tell you whether any of it made someone better at their job. We're building the product that closes that gap: an agentic, real-time experience where people practice live, dynamic scenarios, and where organisations finally get signal on genuine readiness instead of a simple metric tied to course completion. This is a 0-to-1 bet on what comes after content, which is practice, and proof. You'll own a domain within it from strategy to ship. Why now: Real-time, agentic AI has only just become good enough to hold a convincing live scenario. The window to define this category is open now, and we intend to own it. The problem you're solving Today, the most you can do to assess whether someone has genuinely learned something is watch them complete a module or pass a quiz. The behaviours that matter in real roles, in real moments, are rarely tested reliably. We have the underlying technology to change that. What we need is a PM who can turn that into a product that an enterprise will use to prepare their people, and that a end user actually wants to engage with. What you'll be doing Owning the multi-quarter strategy for a
