Team members in this role are provided with a vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Receives dispatched service calls as assigned and ensures a prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA). Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems, and completes repairs as needed.
