Prepare and review monthly and annual income tax provision calculations under ASC 740, including current and deferred tax analyses, book-to-tax differences and permanent/temporary differences. Identify and track unclaimed property exposure and coordinate escheatment due diligence and filings by partnering across departments to strengthen controls and processes. Analyze and reconcile tax related general ledger accounts monthly. Serve as point of contact for tax audits/notices, and work with auditors and other TaylorMade departments to provide accurate, timely information and minimize company risk. Monitor changes in tax law, assess impacts, and proactively communicate risks and opportunities to management.
