About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp's Strategic Finance team sits at the center of how the company allocates its time and resources. We're hiring across three complementary tracks — and looking for people with sharp financial instincts, a builder's mindset, and the drive to take on a large scope quickly. Whether you lean toward GTM strategy, FP&A infrastructure, or broad strategic partnership, this is a rare opportunity to shape a pre-IPO company at a pivotal moment in its growth. What You'll Do Build and own detailed financial and operational models with the highest quality and accuracy Use data to influence key strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams, evaluating tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and resourcing Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights to stakeholders Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles Manage com

These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion. What you'll do Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. About the Team The Astral team builds high-performance developer tools to power the future of programming, at OpenAI and beyond, including Ruff, uv, and ty. The Astral toolchain sees hundreds of millions of installs per month and powers hundreds of millions of package downloads per day for the Python ecosystem. As a team, we are building on those foundations to continue solving impactful tooling problems as programming evolves. About the Role We are looking for an experienced software engineer to build next-generation programming language tooling. If you like writing high-performance Rust, it could be a good fit; if you like thinking about the future of programming, it could also be a good fit. Strong candidates tend to have deep experience with Rust, Python, open source, compilers, or developer tools — but few candidates are deep in all of these areas, and we've hired candidates without prior Rust or Python experience. In this role, you will: Design and implement features in Astral’s existing open source projects (Ruff, uv, ty, and python-build-standalone, and more). Support Astral’s open source projects as a maintainer, triaging user issues, reviewing pull requests, and participating in community discussions. Evolve the Astral toolchain to accelerate development velocity at OpenAI. Build entirely new tools, in entirely different programming ecosystems, to power the future of agentic software development. Your background might look something like: 5+ years of professional engineering experience, excluding internships, in relevant engineering roles. High agency and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment, with strong ownership of security, reliability, and operational excellence. Strong developer empathy and communication skills, including experience maintaining open source projects. Exceptional systems engineering fundamentals and a track record of leading complex projects from ambiguous problem statements through to user impact. Proficiency in one or more s

About Datalab Datalab trains models that read documents reliably at scale. The world’s most important information is trapped in PDFs, scans, and files that can’t easily be parsed, and getting it out correctly matters. From frontier AI labs like Anthropic to Fortune 500s like Siemens, Datalab is where businesses turn when extraction has to be right. We hit an 8-figure run rate with a team of 7. We have hundreds of customers across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. Our tools - chandra, surya, marker, and lift - have 70,000+ GitHub stars, millions of monthly downloads, and broad developer mindshare. We’re backed by founding members of OpenAI, FAIR, and Hugging Face. Role Overview Marketing at Datalab already has real infrastructure behind it. We run a combined launch and content calendar with a defined playbook - channels, owners, and cadence for every release - and we ship two to three launches a week against it. No one here works on marketing full-time, so nobody owns the larger question of how we show up when a developer, a buyer, or an AI agent goes looking for a document parser. You’d be our first dedicated marketing hire. You’d inherit a working system rather than a blank page, and the job is to make it run reliably, then make it considerably more ambitious. The natural place to build from is our open source work, which reaches a wide audience and currently does less for us than it could. This is a hands-on role. On a team of 7, you’ll write the blog post, draft the tweets, restructure the docs page, brief the agency if we hire one, and pull the numbers yourself. We’re looking for someone who has done this work somewhere it was done well, and who wants to keep doing it rather than direct someone else who does. There is strong potential for this to grow into a leadership role as we hire more people into the marketing team. An increasing share of our buyers never touch a search results page; they ask a model. We want someone who t
