About the Team : We build core first-party app experiences in ChatGPT and Codex, define the primitives for high-quality app third-party app experiences, and collaborate with best-in-class partners across consumer and enterprise categories to bring delightful experiences to our customers. About the Role: We are hiring a Product Manager to shape and scale the app ecosystem across ChatGPT and Codex. This person will own both 1P product experiences and partner-led launches, translating user needs, model capabilities, platform constraints, developer and partner requirements, and enterprise controls into products that feel delightful, reliable, and safe. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available. In this role, you will: Develop the strategy and roadmap for ChatGPT and Codex app ecosystem experiences across consumer and enterprise use cases. Build and ship high-quality first-party app experiences that demonstrate the best of what apps can do inside ChatGPT and Codex. Collaborate with best-in-class partners to create app experiences that solve real user and business workflows. Define the product foundations and quality standards needed for a trusted app ecosystem. Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, research, partnerships, GTM, legal, privacy, security, support, and data/evals. Use customer, user, partner, and model-behavior insights to prioritize the roadmap and improve post-launch performance. You might thrive in this role if you: Have built and scaled consumer or enterprise product experiences with strong product taste and measurable user impact. Have built app platforms, marketplaces, partner ecosystems. Are technically fluent enough to reason about MCPs, APIs, SDKs, and model/product constraints. Care deeply about user trust, safe

About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. Our product teams work across research, engineering, product, data, and design to bring OpenAI’s technology to people and businesses around the world. Design plays a critical role in making powerful AI intuitive, useful, and trustworthy. We hold a high bar for quality and build experiences that earn users’ confidence, while moving quickly and learning from real-world feedback. We favor early validation and continuous refinement over waiting until every detail is perfect. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Design Leader to shape how startups, small businesses, and growing teams discover, adopt, and unlock lasting value from Codex and ChatGPT. You’ll lead design across the B2B growth journey, creating experiences that turn the potential of AI into meaningful, everyday impact for this user base. This role is a mix of team leadership and hands-on design execution. You’ll lead and develop a small team of designers, contribute directly to high-impact projects, and help set the standard for impactful, simple, user-centric experiences. You balance exceptional craft with momentum, creating a culture where the team launches, learns, and improves quickly. You already use tools such as Codex to extend what you can build. As a leader, you help designers strengthen their judgment, confidence, and influence through clear and actionable feedback. You’re also a highly effective cross-functional partner who brings people together, navigates ambiguity, and builds alignment through clear communication and collaborative problem-solving. Codex is on an extraordinary trajectory, and this role offers a rare opportunity to work across both sides of the product: the consumer experiences through which people first discover and adopt our technology, and the business experiences that help teams use it together. You’ll bring a high bar for craft, strong product judgment, and comfor

About the Team The Intelligence and Investigations team is dedicated to ensuring the safe, responsible deployment of AI by rapidly detecting and mitigating abuse. Our team leverages the latest testing methodologies to uncover vulnerabilities and emerging threats, helping safeguard OpenAI’s products and users. We work closely with cross-functional partners across product, policy, and engineering to drive a comprehensive defense strategy against evolving adversarial challenges. About the Role As a Red Team Specialist focused on cyber, you will help answer two practical questions: What cyber capabilities can our models provide to real-world attackers, and do our safeguards remain effective when those attackers use increasingly sophisticated techniques? The role combines scaled evaluation with expert-driven testing. You may bring deeper experience in cybersecurity and use that expertise to judge whether a model’s behavior meaningfully changes attacker capability. Alternatively, you may bring deeper experience in model evaluations, automation, or agentic harnesses and apply those skills to building rigorous cyber testing. We do not expect every candidate to be equally deep in both areas, but successful candidates will have a strong foundation in one and enough fluency in the other to work effectively across the boundary. Most of your work will focus on model cyber capabilities and safeguards; you will also spend a portion of your time testing novel abuse risks in agentic systems. This role is located in San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Design and run rigorous evaluations of model cyber capabilities and safeguards, including policy adherence, correct refusal, over refusal, and resilience to jailbreaking and other adversarial techniques. Conduct hands-on testing to understand what models can enable when used by experienced security practiti

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 6.5 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $257M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. Applying to Render We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team. We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
