The Role The Customer Engagement Manager owns a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end: every engagement, every outcome, every relationship, every expansion opportunity. Think of this as the McKinsey Associate Partner model applied to enterprise AI delivery. You are the single point of accountability for your accounts. The customer calls you — not your manager — when they have a problem. You staff delivery teams, oversee solution quality, run executive readouts, measure ROI, drive adoption, rebuild trust when things break, and grow the book through proven production value. This is not a project management role. This is an account ownership role that combines delivery orchestration, outcome ownership, customer leadership, and commercial growth. What You’ll Own 1. Account Ownership Own your accounts end-to-end: every engagement, every outcome, every relationship. Everything good or bad stops with you. Be the single point of contact the customer calls for any problem — delivery, quality, adoption, escalation, or expansion. Maintain a holistic view of each account: engagement status, risk exposure, opportunity pipeline, and the customer’s strategic priorities for the qua

At Ema, we build AI Employees that operate inside the enterprise. Healthcare is where the bar is highest: the output has to be accurate, auditable, and clinically sound. We're opening a part-time role focused on agent measurement and improvement. You'll instrument how our healthcare AI Employees perform in production, identify where quality breaks down, and design the experiments that close the gap — partnering with clinical experts to ensure improvements translate into better patient outcomes, not just better metrics. We're looking for strong analytical judgment (Python, agent lead development), comfort operating with incomplete information, and genuine interest in the healthcare domain. Clinical experience is valued but not required. This engagement is structured as a paid internship or contract engagement, with weekly syncs in our Bay Area office. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The residency You own one hard problem end to end. You write the proposal, build the system, design the evaluation, ship behind a gate, and finish with a write-up of what turned out to be true, including the parts that didn't work. You'll sit in the production codebase with a senior mentor and real production data. Recent residents have shipped self-improving harnesses, inference-cost work, agent memory, and eval infrastructure. Your project gets scoped with you, not handed to you. The problem space The loop we care about: production traces become data, data becomes training and evaluation, and better agents produce better traces. Projects live somewhere on that loop. Harness and inference-time work. Context engineering, tool and skill design, orchestration, and deciding where extra inference compute actually pays. Self-improvement loops run behind hard fences. Post-training for agents. SFT on curated trajectories, preference optimization, RL on real agent tasks. Reward design where outcomes are verifiable, process vs. outcome supervision, distilling frontier behavior into cheaper models. Environments and rewards. About the job Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI. Most of the products we build don’t have obvious precedents. We need product managers who can help teams navigate that uncertainty, make decisions, and turn ambitious ideas into products people can actually use. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help lead that effort. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and research throughout the product development process, using tools like Claude Code to prototype concepts. You’ll help teams stay organized, make thoughtful decisions, and move projects from early ideation to launch. This is a hands-on role. Some days you’ll be writing product specs, running standups, and coordinating launches. Other days you’ll be interviewing users, reviewing prototypes, or digging into product questions that need deeper investigation. If you enjoy bringing structure to creative work and making it easier for great teams to do their best work, you’ll probably enjoy it here. What you’ll do Own the execution of major product initiatives. Partner closely with design and engineering from early exploration through launch. Write product requirements, manage backlogs, and keep projects moving. Facilitate planning, standups, reviews, and comms between teams. Help teams make informed decisions through UXR, research, and using Midjourney deeply yourself. Go deep on important product questions when needed, whether that means conducting user research, designing experiments, or working through a difficult product tradeoff. Help teams decide what matters most and make smart choices about quality, scope, and speed. You might be a fit if You’ve spent the last several years building software people love to use. You know how to create structure without weighing a team down. You’re as comfortable writing a product spec as you

About the job Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI. We don't think the future should look like yesterday's software. Our design team works across research, engineering, and product to make new capabilities feel intuitive, fun to use, and deeply human. We're looking for a Design Lead to help lead that effort. You'll partner closely with our Chief Design Officer to shape the future of Midjourney's products while building and leading the product design team. This isn't a traditional management role. You’ll spend meaningful time designing, prototyping, reviewing work, and solving difficult product problems alongside your team. Most days you will be helping exceptional designers do the best work of their careers by building with them. If your favorite part of leadership is modeling what good looks like by collaborating and getting your hands dirty with your team, you’ll probably enjoy it here. What you'll do Work closely with the Chief Design Officer to shape the direction of Midjourney's products. Recruit, mentor, and lead the product design team. Stay close to the work by designing key product experiences and helping teams solve their hardest design problems. Partner closely with engineering and research to turn new tech into intuitive product experiences. Establish design reviews and operating rhythms that help the team do its best work. Ensure a coherent experience across Midjourney's growing portfolio of products. You might be a fit if You've spent the last decade designing software people love to use. You've led design teams, but you still want to be in Figma every day. You're as comfortable thinking through product strategy as you are refining a single interaction. You work well with engineers and like building things that don't have established playbooks. You care about craft and iterate

Role Overview We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute Ema’s on-the-ground presence at industry events, tradeshows, executive dinners, and sponsored programs across the United States. You’ll be the connective tissue between our BDR, Sales, AI Strategy, Product Marketing, and Design teams — turning live experiences into qualified pipeline. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a fast-growing AI company. Our Marketing Lead owns the event strategy; you own the execution engine that brings it to life. We need someone who thrives in startup environments, moves fast, and doesn’t wait for permission to solve problems. If you’ve built field marketing programs from scratch, know how to get scrappy when budgets are tight, and can run a flawless booth one day and a packed executive dinner the next — we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Event Execution & Operations Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end logistics for industry conferences, tradeshows, and Ema-hosted events (executive roundtables, dinners, meetups) across the US. Manage all on-site operations: booth design, staffing, signage, swag, shipping, A/V, catering, and speaker logistics. You’re th

What you'll do Run human-subjects recording sessions end-to-end: participant prep and fitting, sensor configuration and calibration, stimulus delivery, real-time signal monitoring, and session documentation. Own daily system QC for a one-of-a-kind sensing instrument: baseline noise recordings, per-sensor health checks, log review, and escalation of anomalies before they touch a dataset. Own participant operations: recruitment coordination, scheduling, screening, consent, and compliant handling of participant records. Stand up and maintain the operational backbone of the program: SOPs for acquisition, QC, and participant workflows — documentation that survives you. Handle first-pass data operations: file conversion, organization, metadata, and quality review in Python. Partner daily with the program lead to refine acquisition protocols and improve system performance over time. What we're looking for Hands-on experience acquiring physiological or imaging data from human participants in a clinical or research setting Obsessive consistency and attention to detail: you notice when something is off and you don't let it slide. Professional, patient, and calm with research participants — sessions succeed or fail on how people feel in the room. Basic scripting ability (Python and/or shell) for QC and data-handling tasks, or clear aptitude and motivation to build it. High ownership of the unglamorous parts: scheduling, documentation, tidy data hygiene. Discretion — parts of this program are not yet public. We'll walk you through the specifics, including the exact technology you'd be operating, in the first conversation. Useful experience Controlled or low-noise recording environments and highly sensitive instrumentation. Physiological signal-processing tools in Python. Human-subjects research administration (IRB protocols, consent workflows). Research studies involving structured tasks or sensory protocols with human participants.
