About PostHog Product development used to mean manually writing code, running analysis, diagnosing bugs, and rolling out changes using dozens of tools. PostHog makes products self-driving . It's the only platform that acts like a co-pilot for you (and your AI agents) to do it all – autonomously. We started with open-source product analytics, launched out of Y Combinator's W20 cohort . We've since shipped more than a dozen products , including: PostHog Desktop , the only AI devtool that understands your product, not just your codebase. A built-in data warehouse , so users can query product and customer data together using custom SQL insights. PostHog AI , an AI-powered analyst that answers product questions, helps users find useful session recordings, and writes custom SQL queries. We are: Product-led . More than 450,000 organizations have installed PostHog, mostly driven by word-of-mouth. We have intensely strong product-market fit. Default alive . Revenue is growing incredibly quickly, and we're very efficient. We raise money to push ambition and grow faster, not to keep the lights on. Well-funded. We've raised more than $180m from some of the world's top investors. We're set up for a long, ambitious journey. About the Team OpenAI’s 1P Hardware Systems team operates at the intersection of Hardware Engineering, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Deployment, and Finance to translate infrastructure demand into an executable systems plan. The Planning Lead connects system demand and deployment timing to site and configuration requirements, power availability, XPU needs, hardware supply commitments, manufacturing capacity, and site readiness. About the Role OpenAI is seeking a 1P Hardware Systems Planning Lead to own the integrated demand, supply, and deployment plan for our 1P AI infrastructure systems. This role will connect infrastructure demand and site power availability to system configurations, XPU requirements, and hardware supply commitments—creating a single, actionable view of whether our deployment plan can be met. You will establish the planning mechanisms that allow teams to see what changed, understand the impact, and act quickly when demand, supply, configuration, site readiness, or power timing moves. You will work across Hardware Engineering, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Deployment, Finance, and external partners to identify gaps early and drive recovery plans to closure. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines systems-level thinking, strong analytical judgment, and rigorous program execution. The ideal candidate can turn complex and changing inputs into a clear operating plan, surface the decisions that matter, and drive accountability across teams without relying on formal authority. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We believe that achieving our goal requires effective engagement with public policy stakeholders and the broader community impacted by AI. Accordingly, our Global Affairs team builds authentic, collaborative relationships with public officials and the broader AI policymaking community to inform and support our shared work in these domains. We ensure that insights from policymakers inform our work and – in collaboration with our colleagues and external stakeholders – seek to shape policy so that it aligns with and supports our mission. About the Role As AI agents move from answering questions to taking action across the internet, the standards that govern identity, delegated authority, discovery, communications, agentic-commerce and payment interfaces, agent-facing web access, agent-specific provenance, and auditability will determine whether agents can operate safely, interoperably, and with clear accountability. OpenAI is looking for an Agent Standards Manager to lead execution of our external technical standards strategy for a defined set of agent standards workstreams. This role will work closely with Agent Security, Applied and Platform teams, Product, Legal, GRC, Global Affairs, and GTM to turn OpenAI’s technical architecture and controls into credible specifications, protocol profiles, assurance criteria, and implementation guidance—and to bring emerging external requirements back into product and security roadmaps before they become blockers. The positions developed here are technical standards positions, not broad public-policy positions. This is a builder’s role as much as an external-facing role. You will execute a prioritized standards plan, author and negotiate protocols, build coalitions, secure the right internal approvals, and represent OpenAI in assigned technical forums. You will also help create repeatable processes that let the compa
