This role ensures timely and accurate payment application and maintains complete financial records to support customer account balances, aging reports, and audit requests. This position requires strong accounts receivable knowledge, sound analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and a customer-focused approach to resolving payment discrepancies and supporting business needs. Review and resolve Cash App Connect match exceptions in partnership with the AR team.
