The Opportunity MongoDB’s partner ecosystem — systems integrators, ISVs, and the major cloud providers — is a strategic growth engine for the business. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Plays and Offerings to design the joint go-to-market motions that turn partner relationships into pipeline and revenue. This is a highly cross-functional, strategic role: you’ll build the sales plays and joint offerings themselves, partner with Enablement to get the field and our partners ready to sell them, instrument how they perform, and work with the Programs lead to make sure incentives reward the behavior we want to see. You will report directly to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and act as a connective layer between Partnerships, Sales, Enablement, and Programs — translating ecosystem strategy into repeatable, measurable, field-ready motions. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based anywhere in the US for our hybrid working model. What You'll Do Build sales plays and joint offerings Design and package partner sales plays and joint solution offerings with priority ISVs, SIs, and cloud partners — defining the joint value proposition, target segment, competitive positioning, and playbook for how field and partner sellers execute it Partner with Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and partner counterparts to validate technical integration stories and translate them into a compelling, sellable narrative Prioritize which plays to build and scale based on market opportunity, partner readiness, and alignment to MongoDB’s strategic pillars (e.g., AI, migrations, industry verticals) Own the lifecycle of each play from concept through launch, iteration, and eventual retirement or refresh Drive partner and field enablement Partner closely with the Enablement team to translate each sales play into field- and partner-facing assets: pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, certification conte

The Team Platform Engineering is the department within SRE that is responsible for a range of critical infrastructure and operational functions that support the broader engineering organization. Among these are our multi-cloud-provider Kubernetes infrastructure, deployment machinery, and observability and alerting systems. The Fabric team manages the infrastructure that enables secure communication between systems and from the public internet. Their responsibilities encompass network architecture, service mesh, and edge load balancing, ensuring customer data remains safe in transit. The team plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining the reliable and globally connected multi-cloud network that supports MongoDB products. This role can sit in our NYC HQ, our smaller Austin, Palo Alto, or San Francisco offices, or fully remote from anywhere in North America. When based in an office, we provide hybrid work accommodation. Role Overview We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong networking background to join the Fabric team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining the robust infrastructure necessary for secure and efficient communication between our services. As an SRE on the Fabric team, you will leverage your expertise in networking, distributed systems, and automation to ensure our systems are resilient, scalable, and reliable. The ideal candidate should Have 10+ years of experience working on software and operating distributed systems, with deep expertise in networking fundamentals and a good understanding of how the internet works, e.g. TCP/IP (including IPv6), DNS, TLS/mTLS, BGP, tunnels, overlays, and SDN principles Possess a customer-focused mindset, driving improvements that benefit end-users Value efficiency in processes and operations, and display a strong preference for automation over manual processes (“allergic to ops work”) Be intimately familiar with modern cloud-based infrastructure and the network design prim

MongoDB's Partner Program is how we formalize value for every partner type in our ecosystem — Technology/ISV partners, Services and Solutions partners (including our Systems Integrators), Cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Built with MongoDB partners, and Certified by MongoDB DBaaS partners. We're looking for a Director, Partner Programs to own this program end to end: the tiering and benefits structure, the incentive framework, certification (including our SI Associate and SI Architect tracks), and the operational rigor that keeps thousands of partners engaged and productive. You'll report to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and oversee all MongoDB Partner Programs globally, managing a team of Partner Program Managers. You'll be the connective tissue between the field-facing work being done in Sales Plays & Offerings, the platform work being built by our Business Product Manager (PRM), and the automation work coming out of Digital Process & AI Operations — making sure the underlying program itself stays coherent, well-governed, and aligned to company strategy as all of that activity happens around it. This role can be hybrid near any of our MongoDB hub offices in the United States or remote in the United States. What You'll Do Own Partner Program strategy and structure Own and evolve the overall architecture of the MongoDB Partner Program across all partner categories — Technology, Services and Solutions, Cloud, Built with MongoDB, and Certified by MongoDB DBaaS — including tiering, entitlements, and benefits at each level Ensure the program structure stays aligned to MongoDB's broader GTM strategy, including emerging priorities like AI-driven partnerships and cloud marketplace growth Own partner certification pathways (e.g., SI Associate and SI Architect certifications) and ensure they reflect current MongoDB technology and sales priorities Design and govern incentives Own the global partner incentive framework — MDF, SPIFs, rebates, and co-s
