About the Team OpenAI’s Legal team plays a crucial role in advancing our mission by tackling innovative and fundamental legal issues in AI. The team includes professionals from diverse legal fields—technology, AI, infrastructure, privacy, IP, corporate, employment, tax, regulatory, and litigation—who collaborate closely with colleagues across the company. If you are passionate about being a technology lawyer working on cutting-edge challenges, you’ll thrive here. About the Role We’re seeking a senior lawyer to participate in commercial legal strategy and execution across OpenAI’s fast-growing infrastructure portfolio. This is a cross-functional role that will partner closely with procurement, supply chain, partnerships, finance, and product teams to structure, negotiate, and manage the transactions that will support OpenAI’s long-term infrastructure ambitions. We’re looking for an experienced infrastructure transactions lawyer who thrives in ambiguity and wants to help define the commercial playbook for infrastructure efforts in the AI era. This role reports to the Associate General Counsel for infrastructure. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3-days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Own commercial legal strategy and risk management for OpenAI infrastructure transactions. Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex agreements with infrastructure suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and technology partners. Support strategic partnerships involving AI infrastructure and hardware supply chains. Develop frameworks for procurement, licensing, and collaboration across the infrastructure ecosystem. Partner with finance and operations teams to align contract terms with business and compliance requirements. Collaborate with policy and regulatory colleagues on issues impacting global supply chains, export controls, and manufacturing. Build scalable, efficient contracting process

About the Team OpenAI's mission is to ensure that AGI benefits all of humanity. The Business Systems team helps make that mission possible by building the internal products and platforms that allow OpenAI to operate with speed, reliability, and care. We build internal applications and workflows for Finance and Supply Chain. Our work spans product discovery, React and TypeScript interfaces, Python services and APIs, data models, workflow orchestration, enterprise integrations, and the systems that connect people to systems of record. We work directly with the people who use these products and care about correctness, permissions, auditability, and production reliability. Examples of our work include building an integration platform for supply chain integrations, integrations with Oracle Fusion and Zip, contract intelligence applied to B2B revenue recognition, and Temporal-based agentic workflows for credit checks, duplicate bank detection, and invoice triaging. We turn these efforts into reusable patterns that can support many workflows, rather than one-off automations. About the Role We are looking for Product Engineers to build internal applications end to end. This role spans product discovery, user experience, frontend, backend services, data models, workflow orchestration, and integrations with order management, fulfillment, and supply chain systems. You will take a problem from a first conversation with a Finance or Supply Chain partner through design, implementation, rollout, and production support. Strong candidates combine product judgment with engineering depth. You should be comfortable moving between a React interface, a Python API, a durable workflow, and an integration with an enterprise system. You should be able to ship a useful first version quickly while building the foundations for reuse, security, and long-term maintainability. Direct AI experience is helpful, but the core requirement is strong product engineering judgment and reliable execution. I

About the Team The Finance & Supply Chain Engineering organization includes two complementary teams. Software Engineering builds internal full-stack applications, durable agentic workflows, plugins, MCPs, and measurable AI-enabled engineering practices. Data Engineering builds trusted analytics data assets for Finance and Supply Chain. The teams have distinct charters, with important shared dependencies and broad cross team partnerships across Engineering, Applications, Finance, and Supply Chain. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on senior technical leader who will report alongside the Software Engineering and Data Engineering managers. This is an individual-contributor role with no immediate people-management responsibility. The Tech Lead will raise the technical bar across both teams, participate in important cross-team or high-risk design decisions, and directly own and ship high-impact work. The role should improve team judgment and autonomy rather than act as a floating architect or universal approval gate. In this role, you will: Partner with the Software Engineering and Data Engineering managers as a peer technical leader; managers retain accountability for people, staffing, priorities, performance, and delivery commitments. Directly own the architecture, implementation, launch, and operation of one or more high-impact initiatives, remaining accountable for real outcomes rather than advisory output alone. Guide important design decisions that are cross-team, difficult to reverse, or material to security, financial controls, reliability, data quality, or long-term cost of ownership. Establish pragmatic engineering standards across architecture, APIs and data contracts, testing, security, reliability, observability, lineage, data quality, and operational ownership. Advance engineering standards for building with AI, including agentic workflows, evaluation, telemetry, adoption, and outcome measurement. Work across backend, full-stack, data, and big-d

We lead revenue forecasting and performance management across the product portfolio, including economic margins, pricing, and partnership deal pricing and structuring. About the Role We are hiring on our Strategic Finance Partnerships team to drive strategic decision-making across OpenAI’s growth and media partnership portfolio, focused on our consumer business. This role will be a critical finance partner to Partnerships deal leads and Product owners, responsible for evaluating, pricing, and structuring partnerships, and translating partner opportunity into decision-ready economics and performance management. The role will be hands-on in deal evaluation, negotiation support, and portfolio oversight. You will shape how OpenAI approaches partnership unit economics, measurement and incrementality, and how partnership performance is incorporated into forecasts and planning. This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in-office). Relocation assistance is available. In this role, you will: Own financial evaluation for growth and media partnerships, including modeling revenue, margin, compute, and payback to support decision-making and negotiations. Develop clear economic frameworks and deal guardrails (pricing floors, rev-share structures, caps, minimum guarantees, performance-based terms) to protect long-term unit economics. Partner closely with Product and Partnerships to define and measure incrementality and ensure contract terms align with measurable outcomes. Lead partnershi
