What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most CS roles are graded on how few problems the customer has. You'll be graded on how much they grow. As a growth strategist at Mutiny, you'll own a book of managed accounts and become the reason teams at customers like Rippling, Uber, and Snowflake get more out of AI than their peers. CS isn't a support function here. It's how we turn early traction into the customer base that defines a category. You'll build the playbooks as you go and shape what customer success looks like at an AI-native company from the ground up. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Your book. Onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across your managed accounts. Every customer outcome runs through you. Customer expertise. Become the expert on how each customer's business works and where Mutiny fits in. Translate that into "aha" moments that move their roadmap. The AI motion. Teach customers how to use our agent-first platform to create assets that actually move the needle for their sales and marketing teams. Their team uses Mutiny because you made it obvious how. EBRs that move things. Run business reviews that tell a real story and drive action. Follow-ups that are crisp and lead somewhere. Renewals and expansion. Build the case six months before it comes

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will oversee a book of 60–70 Enterprise customers (500+ employees) and own the long-term relationship, overall account health, and commercial outcomes for your portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue, driving adoption across Ramp’s product suite, and ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Most companies have more GTM ideas than they can reliably execute. Launching a new motion still requires manual targeting, weeks of enablement, seller coordination, and messy measurement. Learnings live in people's heads. When something works — or stops working — the playbook doesn't change fast enough. Ramp is building the AI platform that GTM runs on — a ground-up application layer where agents handle execution, playbooks encode institutional knowledge, and every interaction feeds a learning loop that makes the system smarter each cycle. We're operating at the frontier of what agents can do in a real enterprise context, and the problems are unsolved: reliable background execution at scale, human-agent collaboration that earns trust, and feedback loops that turn raw GTM signal into a compounding organizational advantage. As a PM for Revenue, you'll own the data and execution layer that makes the GTM platform work: the scoring and routing systems that get the right accounts to the right people, the data infrastructure and acquisitions
