About the team OpenAI’s Forward Deployed Engineering team partners with customers to turn research breakthroughs into production systems. We embed deeply with users to solve high-leverage problems. We move quickly from prototype to deployment and surface patterns that shape the platform. We operate at the intersection of customer delivery and core development. We work closely with Product, Research, and Go-To-Market (GTM). About the role We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build and deploy AI systems for legal work. You will embed deeply with customers—often working closely with senior legal practitioners—to identify the right first use case, rapidly prototype a solution, and prove measurable value. Early engagements may focus on creating a “hero” workflow that shows how OpenAI’s models can support legal analysis, drafting, research, or real-time work with complex case records. You will own the technical work from discovery and proof of concept through production adoption, while translating customer workflows and constraints into clear product feedback. As the motion matures, you will turn successful deployments into repeatable patterns that can scale across larger accounts and the broader legal market. This role is based in San Francisco or New York City. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance. Travel up to 50% may be required. In this role, you will Embed with law firms and legal teams to understand their workflows, identify high-value opportunities, and select the right initial use cases to prove value. Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value and sharpen how we learn Embed closely with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption of what you build Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality; adjust plans to protect delivery Contribute directly in the code when progress or clarity depends on it Codify working patterns into tools, playbooks, or building blocks t

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Technical Consulting is Ramp's post-sales technical delivery team. When a finance org needs Ramp to work the way their business actually runs, this is the team that takes customers through that transformation, from complex accounting issues to integration errors to everything in between. The Senior Manager, Technical Consulting, Strategic leads the team responsible for Ramp's largest and most strategic accounts . You'll own post-sales technical implementation for this segment end to end — from technical discovery and solution design through go-live, adoption, and expansion — working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Customer Activation team , with whom you'll co-own activation milestones and time-to-value . Strategic customers arrive with multi-entity structures, legacy ERPs, in-flight finance transformations, procurement and treasury requirements, and executive sponsors who expect a named technical leader in the room. Your team is the last line of technical escalation for these accounts — there is no tier above you. This role suits an ex

About Datalab Datalab trains models that read documents reliably at scale. The world's most important information is trapped in PDFs, scans, and files that can't easily be parsed, and getting it out correctly matters. From frontier AI labs processing training data to Fortune 500s like Siemens extracting decades of engineering records, Datalab is where businesses turn to when extraction has to be right. We're at an 8-figure run rate with a team of 7. Anthropic is a customer. And we have hundreds more across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. Our tools, chandra, surya, marker, and lift, have 70,000+ GitHub stars and broad developer mindshare. We're backed by founding members of OpenAI, FAIR, and Hugging Face. Role Overview Datalab is growing extremely quickly, and as we grow, we outgrow our processes every few months. We're looking for a Founding Business Operations hire to find where the business is straining and fix it — designing, running, and improving the operational machinery underneath a fast-scaling company. This is a true generalist role, and the target will move as we scale. You'll own whatever the highest-leverage operational gap is at a given moment. Right now, that's our revenue and metrics layer: our pipeline and customer data need a real owner, inbound leads need to be captured and followed up reliably, and leadership needs consistent visibility into how the business and our launches are performing. That's where you'll start and where you'll have the most impact in your first few months. In two or three months the biggest gap may be somewhere else entirely — and you'll be the kind of person who's energized by that, not unsettled by it. You'll work directly with leadership and partner across sales, engineering, research, finance, and our Chief of Staff. If you're ambitious, analytical, and organized, this is a uniquely rewarding opportunity to help build an AI business from the ground up. Day to day: A typical week might

Role Overview We're hiring our founding GTM - someone who can run the full cycle of sales; sourcing leads, managing the sales process, and closing deals, all while building the playbook that future hires will run on. Datalab makes document AI infrastructure that powers extraction at scale. We're at 8-figure revenue, and have grown revenue >5x YoY, with a team of 7. Anthropic uses Datalab. So do hundreds of other companies across FAANG, frontier AI labs, financial services, insurance, logistics, healthcare, and government. Our open-source projects (Marker, Surya, Chandra) have 60k+ stars and wide community adoption. Sales today is founder-led. The goal of this role is to build a real sales motion on top of that foundation - outbound, ICP definition, enterprise process, and the playbook itself. You won’t be selling alone - engineers and the founder are heavily involved in the sales process, and the whole company pitches in to unblock deals and support customers. This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role. We have standard pricing in some areas and open questions in others. We have strong signals about who our best customers are, but ICP isn't fully defined. You'll work alongside the founder and our GTM team to figure those th

Role Overview We're looking for a Research Engineer to own problems end to end across our models, inference service, and product. You won't just train a model and hand it off. You'll take it from training through benchmarking, into our inference stack, and work with the team to integrate it into our products. We're a small team that has shipped the current state of the art OCR model, Chandra. Our models collectively have 70k+ Github stars. Our tools are used internally at frontier AI labs like Anthropic, and Fortune 500 enterprises like Siemens. Our team focuses on training small, efficient models that outperform much larger LLMs on domain-specific tasks (like OCR, structured extraction, tables). We move fast, prioritize practical results, and build tools that are open, reproducible, and built to last. You'll test hypotheses quickly, iterate on results, and balance experimental rigor with shipping to customers. What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most CS roles are graded on how few problems the customer has. You'll be graded on how much they grow. As a growth strategist at Mutiny, you'll own a book of managed accounts and become the reason teams at customers like Rippling, Uber, and Snowflake get more out of AI than their peers. CS isn't a support function here. It's how we turn early traction into the customer base that defines a category. You'll build the playbooks as you go and shape what customer success looks like at an AI-native company from the ground up. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Your book. Onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across your managed accounts. Every customer outcome runs through you. Customer expertise. Become the expert on how each customer's business works and where Mutiny fits in. Translate that into "aha" moments that move their roadmap. The AI motion. Teach customers how to use our agent-first platform to create assets that actually move the needle for their sales and marketing teams. Their team uses Mutiny because you made it obvious how. EBRs that move things. Run business reviews that tell a real story and drive action. Follow-ups that are crisp and lead somewhere. Renewals and expansion. Build the case six months before it comes
