Partner with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Finance on pricing, discounting, and other revenue-sensitive deal terms. Advise on data privacy and security terms in customer agreements, partnering with the Privacy and Security teams as needed. Own and continuously refine contract templates, fallback positions, and negotiation playbooks to improve consistency, reduce turnaround time, and enable the sales team to self-serve on standard terms. Negotiate and manage partner, reseller, and vendor/procurement agreements in support of GTM and business operations needs.
