What we’re doing isn’t easy, but nothing worth doing ever is. Diligent builds helpful robots that work safely and autonomously in real world environments. We move quickly, solve messy problems, and care deeply about reliability at scale. We’re hiring a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer to own production test for our robots at our contract manufacturer: you’ll design and run robust end-to-end test protocols, provision fleets of robots for production, and own the KPIs that define production quality. This role is based in Austin, TX. However, the position will require 50% travel to the Milwaukee, WI area and requires close collaboration across software, hardware, operations, and product engineering teams. Key Responsibilities End-to-end test process ownership. Create, validate, and maintain production test protocols and gating criteria from incoming inspection through final test and shipment. Provisioning of bots. Design and operate provisioning flows (imaging, firmware deployment, configuration, validation) and the tooling/fixtures needed to provision and handoff robots for production. KPIs and continuous improvement. Own key production metrics — First Pass Yield (FPY), cycle time, and test coverage — and drive continuous improvements to meet throughput and quality targets. Test automation & infrastructure. Architect, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks, harnesses, and test rigs used at the CM site. Ensure tests are stable, fast, and provide actionable failure data. Cross-functional escalation & RCA. Lead root-cause analysis for field and production failures; coordinate corrective actions with design, firmware, and CM engineering to close quality loops. On-site production leadership. Be the onsite technical authority at the contract manufacturer: train operators, debug failures on the line, and continuously refine processes with CM partners. About Flexport: At Flexport, we believe global trade can move the human race forward. That’s why it’s our mission to make global commerce so easy there will be more of it. We’re shaping the future of a $10T industry with solutions powered by innovative technology and exceptional people. Today, companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—use Flexport technology to move more than $19B of merchandise across 112 countries a year. The recent global supply chain crisis has put Flexport center stage as we continue to play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world. We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. The opportunity Join the Office of the CEO and work directly on Flexport's highest-priority problems alongside the CEO, the President, and the leaders who run our regions and modes of freight. You will pick up a mode or a region, ocean, air, trucking, omnichannel, or customs, and learn it from the inside by solving real problems in it. Pricing in a mode that is losing money. Why a region misses its plan. Whether we buy, build, or partner. Then you go run part of it. Some people in this role move into a business unit as the number two to the leader who runs it. Some stay at the center and take on more scope. The operating job at the end is the point of the role, not a side benefit. You will: Own our biggest open questions end to end and come back with recommendations the CEO can act on. Build the analysis yourself. Pull the data, build the model, find the error before someone else does. Go to where the work happens, from warehouses and ports to a customer's supply chain team. Opinions about freight formed in a conference room are usually wrong. Run the operating cadence for a freight mode or region. Weekly metrics, quarterly plan, and the follow-ups nobody wants to
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake runs large scale cloud infrastructure to deliver its own service — production and internal deployments, Kubernetes fleets, CI/CD, etc. Our cloud spend is in billions of dollars per year. The Cloud Efficiency team builds a unified, self-serve cloud efficiency platform along with AI skills and agents that makes spend observable, attributable, governable while driving recommendations and optimization of our cloud spend. AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEER AT SNOWFLAKE YOU WILL: Design, develop, and maintain scalable platform for resource ownership registry, usage attribution, utilization measurement, and cost modeling. Build AI agents, tools and automation to enhance system monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis. Improve and optimize data ingestion, storage, and query efficiency for cloud utilization, cost and efficiency data at scale. Collaborate with teams across Snowflake to understand attribution and observability needs and implement solutions that improve operational visibility. Contribute to open-source and industry best practices in monitoring and distributed systems monitoring. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of team-managed platforms by participating in on-call rotations and incident management. Partner with Finance, Product and Engineering
NVIDIA builds the silicon behind AI, accelerated computing, and graphics. Every watt of performance and every degree of thermal headroom traces back to decisions made in power, performance, and thermal architecture. We are the Silicon Co-Design Group (SCG). We identify, own, and drive system-level co-design ideas. We start with initial concepts and advance to product differentiation across NVIDIA's roadmap. We are hiring a Principal System Power Management and Performance Architect who operates at the ambiguous boundary where workload behavior, silicon capabilities, firmware policies, and platform constraints collide, and who turns that ambiguity into architecture that survives across multiple silicon generations. SCG scope spans architecture, design, software, operations, platforms, and productization. This role shapes system, platform, and data center features and behavior, and partners with teams across NVIDIA. What You'll Be Doing: The work here is rarely well-defined when it arrives. You will be given problems that appear to be performance gaps or power anomalies and encouraged to build a framework for solving them, not just tackle a single instance. Define the multi-generation roadmap for system-level power and performance features, grounded in prototyping, use-case analysis, and cost/benefit trade-offs across segments. You will decide what problems are worth solving and why. Own the architecture and integration strategy for HSIO power management, DVFS, P-states, and low-power features. Your decisions improve product performance, power, and reliability across product lines — not just the current program. Lead system-level boot and IST architecture defining how power and clock domains initialize, sequence, and recover across complex multi-IP systems where the interaction space is large and the failure modes matter. Drive power management strategy at data
