About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is building a scaled Private Equity channel that makes Ramp the trusted financial-operations partner for PE firms and their portfolio companies. The Manager, Channel Partner Management — Private Equity will lead an established five-person team of Channel Partner Managers and raise the quality, rigor, and efficiency of an existing motion. The team includes one Upmarket PE CPM, focused on the most strategic and complex sponsor relationships, and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs, focused on scaled coverage, activation, and portfolio-company pipeline generation. This leader is not being hired to redesign the team or recategorize the program. They will make the current team more effective: clarifying expectations, improving performance, and ensuring each CPM has the tools, coaching, and cross-functional support to execute at a high level. This is a people-leadership and operating-excellence role—not a player-coach role defined by personally owning every senior relationship or stepping into every deal. AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Lovable , Ramp , Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We recently raised a $355M Series C at a $4.65B valuation, led by General Catalyst and Redpoint Ventures. We've crossed $300M+ ARR and grown fivefold since September. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g., Seaborn , Luig i ), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. About the Role: As a Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead and scale our enterprise sales team, driving strategic revenue growth with a consultative, customer-first approach. You will oversee complex deal cycles, coach Enterprise Account Executives, and build the motion that wins high-impact, multi-stakeholder deals in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance, strategic thinking, and collaboration Own and guide the full enterprise sales cycle, from targeted outbound and discovery to multi-threaded navigation, negotiation, and close Build and refine enterprise sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, and forecasting models that increase accuracy and velocity Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align on go-to-market strategy, unblock en

The opportunity As a founding enterprise AE, you'll build the playbook for how we break into and grow enterprise accounts. You'll take deals from first conversation through close and expansion alongside our AI Strategist. You'll serve as the strategic advisor to the biggest and fastest growing companies in the world including Uber, Figma, Service Now, Snowflake and Rippling. Net-new enterprise revenue, full cycle from first touch through close and expansion. You'll discover accounts through our powerful PLG engine or outbound into named accounts that are a great fit for us. Complex, multi-threaded deals.
