Coder is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll own key planning workstreams across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping leaders make better decisions as Coder scales. Every enterprise deploying AI coding agents needs secure, governed infrastructure to run them. You’ll help model the demand behind that shift, partner with teams across the business, and build financial frameworks for a market still being defined. What you’ll do here Own recurring FP&A deliverables end to end, including departmental budget-to-actual reporting, monthly close packages, and rolling forecast updates. Build and maintain driver-based financial models for assigned business areas, including revenue, headcount, and infrastructure cost forecasts. Perform variance analysis that goes beyond what changed, framing the “so what” and surfacing insights that guide better decisions. Support quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning by coordinating inputs from department heads and consolidating company-wide views. Contribute to board materials, investor deliverables, and executive reporting packages. Automate and improve recurring workflows. Push for better tools, scripts, and processes, not just cleaner spreadsheets. What we’re looking for Accounting fluency. You understand how the GL works, how accruals flow through the financials, and how actuals are produced. You can bridge the close process and the planning process without someone translating for you. Financial modeling depth. You can build clean, auditable, driver-based models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets. Data fluency. You can pull, clean, and work with data from multiple systems, including ERP, BI tools, and CRM exports. Clear communication. You can turn variance analysis into insight, not just a table. You frame findings in terms of business impact, next steps, and audience needs. 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, i

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join The Guest Engagement AA sits within Marketing Analytics and serves as the analytical backbone for Airbnb's lifecycle marketing programs — the email, push, and in-app communications that reach hundreds of millions of guests across their entire journey. You'll partner closely with Guest Engagement Marketing, MarTech Data Science, and Strategic Finance to drive measurable booking impact through experimentation and insights. The Difference You Will Make You will be the clear analytics owner of Airbnb's guest lifecycle marketing domain — covering abandon journeys, demand generation, onboarding, upsell, and more. This role is expected to drive significant incremental bookings in 2026 by setting the analytics strategy, designing rigorous experiments, and surfacing proactive insights across 30+ active programs. A Typical Day Own the analytics roadmap for Guest Engagement — define what to measure, what to test, and where the biggest opportunities lie across the full guest lifecycle. Specific projects and prioritization decisions should exist because of your recommendations. Design and analyze experiments at scale across abandon journeys, demand gen ML model rollouts, and placement-level A/B tests. Develop measurement frameworks (holdouts, proxy metrics, annualized impact models) to accurately attribute cumulative program impact. Surface proactive insights that go beyond reporting — user segmentation, funnel analysis, fatigue signals, channel optimization — and translate them into strategic recommendations for Director-level marketing leaders. About the Team OpenAI’s Compute organization turns ambitious AI research into real-world capability by delivering the compute infrastructure behind our most advanced models. The team works across software, hardware, facilities, operations, and engineering disciplines to make enormous amounts of compute available, reliable, and efficient. As the demand for frontier AI grows, so does the complexity of the systems required to support it. Scaling this infrastructure means solving problems that cut across distributed systems, ML infrastructure, GPU fleets, power, cooling, networking, manufacturing, supply chain, and data center delivery. Our work is focused on expanding the compute foundation that enables OpenAI to train more capable models, including systems like GPT-5.6, and make frontier AI available to more people, products, and workflows. We’re looking for exceptional people across many disciplines to help build the next generation of AI infrastructure at a scale few organizations have attempted. About OpenAI OpenAI is dedicated to ensuring that artificial general intelligence (AGI) benefits all of humanity. Our mission requires building not only world-class AI models, but also the infrastructure that enables those models to be deployed reliably, efficiently, and at global scale. As demand for AI continues to grow, we are expanding the ways OpenAI can bring high-performance inference capacity online across a diverse hardware ecosystem. About the Team The GPT Infrastructure team builds software that turns advanced inference and optimization research into production products. One focus is enabling strategic infrastructure partners and accelerator vendors to qualify and onboard new compute without a bespoke porting and optimization effort for every hardware platform. We build the control planes, APIs, secure partner-side execution environments, evaluation systems, artifact pipelines, and operational tooling that make these workflows repeatable and trustworthy. The work sits at the intersection of distributed systems, AI inference, compilers and runtimes, performance engineering, security, and external partnerships. About the Role We are seeking an experienced systems generalist who can work comfortably across the stack to help build an automated inference optimization platform. Given a workload, target hardware profile, compiler and runtime context, and a trusted verifier, the system runs durable optimization campaigns that generate, compile, execute, grade, and improve candidate kernels, runtime configurations, and serving-stack changes. You will design both the OpenAI-hosted control plane and the partner-side software that evaluates candidates on real accelerator hardware. The product must keep long-running workflows reliable, make performance results reproducible, and maintain clear trust boundaries around sensitive model and hardware information. This is a deeply cross-stack role, combining strong software engineering fundamentals with systems thinking and
