At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta is hiring for a Head of Design (VP) to lead our design organization — setting direction for a ~40-person team, shaping the next generation of AI-native product experiences, and building the quality systems that let great design ship at scale. The Design team at Vanta shapes how security and compliance teams experience Vanta — from a startup founder building their security program for the first time to an enterprise security team managing hundreds of controls. The org spans all areas of Vanta — GRC, Trust, Platform, Self-serve, and AI — and includes product designers, visual designers, design engineering, content designers, and a user researcher, led by experienced design directors. As AI fundamentally changes what products can do and how they get built, this team is at an inflection point: the right leader will define what it means for a design org to be genuinely AI-forward — enabling designers to move faster, ship more, and contribute to product direction and delivery in new ways. This is the right role for a design leader who leads with AI fluency, brings strong taste and craft across interaction design and visual design, and has the operational instincts to build the systems that make quality a consistent property of the whole org. What you’ll do as Head of Design at Vanta: Lead a team of ~40 designers and design directors across GRC, Trust, Platform, Self-serve, and AI — setting org-wide direction and enabling each leader to do their best work Lead the team building the next generation of agentic, AI-native product experiences — defining what great design looks like as Vanta’s products are increasingly shaped by AI E

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Design is core to how we build products at Ramp. We're hiring a recruiter to help shape the team that will be responsible for it. You'll partner with design leadership to hire across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design. You'll lead searches from inception to close, helping teams identify, assess, and hire exceptional designers. The best designers are rarely on the market. A big part of the job is fostering relationships before someone starts their job search: through events, referrals, and ongoing engagement with the design community. You'll help Ramp stay connected to talent and cultivate the networks that drive future hiring. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate talent across a range of design disciplines Identify and engage talent through X, portfolio sites, and other industry channels Build relationships with designers through referrals, events, and ongoi

Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency. With AI redefining the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. Our diverse team of technologists have developed a high performance RISC-V CPU from scratch, and share a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems. We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities. Our IP delivery timelines are set as much by flow maturity as by design work. This role develops, deploys, and owns the RTL-to-GDSII methodology the IP physical design team runs on, so a new block, node, or customer variant starts from a working flow instead of a cold start. This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON; Austin, TX, or Belgrade, Serbia. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting. Who You Are A physical design or CAD methodology engineer who has built flows that production teams depend on daily. Automation-minded, happiest when you are removing manual steps and making PPA exploration repeatable. Building with AI as part of how you develop flows, and opinionated about where LLMs and ML-driven optimization genuinely help versus where they do not. An effective partner to design teams and EDA vendors, and a clear writer who documents flows well enough that others can run them without you. What We Need An Engineer with 5+ years developing and supporting physical design methodology or CAD flows in production use. Expertise with industry-standard tools (FusionCompiler/ICC2, Innovus/Genus, PrimeTime, RedHawk) and scripting languages (T
